Very inadequate customer service at this branch. Doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing. Trying to close my late mother’s account with them and have visited this branch twice to try and do so. First time, some guy scanned death certificate and sent it out, who knows where, then requested forms for me to fill out through mail which I was told would take weeks to receive. He gave me a customer service number to call. Curious how they could further help me, I called. Customer service sounded amused that he gave me their number, as he could have helped me in person, the rep said. She urged me to go to the bank again, so okay. Well this time, I meet with a personal banker, Cristina, I think, and she just gives me a reference number and tells me to wait for the mail. “This is a very long process unfortunately”. She seemed surprised when I challenged that and told her that Chase and Desert Financial were able to resolve everything within a matter of 30 minutes each. So fine, I was shooed out a second time. They must just not want to have to deal with challenging situations. Called customer service AGAIN, because I figured I was not helped properly again. Again, the rep on the phone told me they did not do everything they could have to help me in the moment. All they had to do was call the customer service line and ask this department to email them certain documents. Amazing how 2 people now I’ve tried to have help me did not know to do that. And one is a “relations manager”... talk about failing upwards. Seems like this branch just and hires whoever without training them, or at least telling them who to ask when they run into an issue. Amazingly inept problem resolution skills at this branch. Luckily the rep on the phone set me up with an appointment at another branch. Let’s see if they’re all clueless there too. If anyone else has to go through the stress of closing a decedent’s account at BofA, definitely look for a better branch than this one.

Awful place. It smells like mildew and only one teller available. Line so long. Only needed a notary...no one to ask where to go. Everytime i've been in to a Bank of America it's been the same. Absolutely no regard for the customer. I'm considering changing banks. There's got to be something better than this!!!

Always late to open waiting past 9am to go Into bank is not good. If I was late they would cancel my appointment.

If it's this BAD at this branch, in a major city, I'm doubting the very integrity of BofA as a whole. I no longer feel safe with money in this Bank, as uncertain as times are right now. Scary!

I ONLY gave one star so I could leave a comment. If I could leave a NEGATIVE 100 star's, I would. This branch is ALWAYS so full, but that's not the awful part, after reading other reviews I see even a YEAR ago they've had the same problem with having only one teller... ALWAYS. The customer service is awful, if I wasn't saved by Jesus I would've been banned from THIS location months ago. Then my account was used and months after the claim center refunded my money back, they made ME pay the money back that was STOLEN from me. I can go on & on about the issues I have with B.O.A AND THIS SUN CITY BRANCH. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Absolutely CORRUPTED. The service is just as bad as their community. A lot of old poor people, one of the teller's who is Indian, a woman, asked me about a check I was depositing. I know for a fact she manually entered a hold on MY funds. Unprofessional. And the community is full of terrible people. But it does not mean you treat customers like that.

Try to call and talk to a person. It's impossible!! But if you are lucky, they might allow an appointment in 14 days. Whoops, no, all booked.

This place is awful. They change the rules literally everytime I come here. Sometimes i can just walk in and cash my check. Today I'm here sitting for 30 mins because i have to check in first. Next week will be completley different. What a joke of a bank. 0 stars to them all.

They are always so helpful here and I have not had any issues, except for the weird drive thru for the ATM.
