Chase Bank Speedwell Ave, Morris Plains

Just went in today to open a business checking account. My personal account is with a different bank and felt that Chase's business options were more of what I was looking for. First I called to see when the best time to come in was and how long it would take, easily scheduled a time to meet with Paula over the phone. When I came in I was greeted with hello's (and smiles) by several people, one person who asked how she could assist me and then directed me to Paula who was ready and waiting, extremely sweet and it was extremely enjoyable to be in her presence which goes a very long way. She was very informative, personable and I left having felt taken care of (excellent customer service). It's not often I write reviews but I just left so happy and at ease that I just can't help but share my experience. Thanks so much Paula! And thanks to this branch manager for such a great experience in general!

I have been waiting for a while but what is good about that is that I have been able to observe the professionalism here compared to the Deniville branch. I orginally opened my first account with chase in Deniville but the service is not good. I decided to come here to Morris Plains and try it out. After 45 minutes of waiting a gentleman sat next to me to tell me it would be much longer and I should come back. Guess they didn't need my money. Going to a different bank altogether now.

Very professional, personalized service and in a convenient location. All bankers at this branch that I have personally dealt with thus far have been very accommodating and helpful.

Went here recently for getting a doc. notarized. Extremely kind and professional staff!

This bank treats me as if I were a billionaire. Of my 64 years dealing with banks. That includes, Bank of America, TD Bank, and Wells Fargo, which I thought was the worst. Only once, I had an issue with an under educated female manager. She did not know her job enough, made it difficult for me, and I believe that was obvious. She was no longer there shortly after that. . Best Bank

If your not a private client (high roller) at this branch then you will be quickly over looked. This location is always crowed ever since they closed 2 smaller branches near by. I will be switching to a bank that appreciates all of their customers.

They have 43 people to greet you and tell you you'll be seen soon. Pathetic and insulting. Never again at this branch.

The Bank Tellers are always helpful...great customer service!
