Chase Bank Fort St, Wyandotte

ATMs are always needing service… Frustrating.But, I’m leaving 5 stars for Nicole! My wife says she’s the sweetest. My dad is handicapped and he can’t get around. My wife does his transactions and she makes life easier. From my family, thank you Nicole!

If anyone leaves a bad review it was something that was not in the banks control, or a company policy they have to follow! They’re always so SO nice and friendly; they try their hardest to go as fast as they can (and this location can get BUSY); it’s always clean and decorated, POLITELY and PROFESSIONALLY enforcing Covid rules and regs. I can’t give the employees here enough credit. They do an amazing job here! You won’t regret stopping in.

ATM machines are always broken, and have been for about a year. I have to drive to Taylor Chase to use a fee free ATM

Should replace this location with a McDonald’s that has a broken ice cream machine because their ATM is always broke down too.

Spoke with one of the managers (Cindy if I remember correctly) about some confusion with my overdraft policy/fees. I discovered it was not a bank error but rather a misunderstanding of the policy on my end. Not only was she extremely pleasant and welcoming but without hesitation she offered to reverse my fees (as long as I had not had it done in the past year) and within a few minutes I was on my way and out the door with a smile on my face. Happy to be located near this branch.

Honestly not a very great bank. They have two drive up ATMs one of them is always broken or they’re both always full normally it takes the attendance about two hours to fix them. At least once a week they are broke. They also don’t have any type of walk up ATM for anybody who’s on foot. Cashiers are really friendly though.

Two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment online and was given a specific representative that would handle my account closure. The day of the appointment said rep isn't in the office and Instead of giving me to the manager I was directed to an agent with 1.5 weeks experience. No fault of the newbie but basic questions could not be answered, she had to keep leaving our meeting to go ask the manager in charge; why not just let me speak to the manager and have her close out my account ?!!? My business transaction was not completed and instead I have to make another appointment. Very frustrating and very poor customer service.

We used to go chase bank in Meijer on Eureka and also the one on merriman road by the airport which both of them were truly nice and now we go to the one one Northline road and the one on fort street which we like them also give all of them a 5 plus star

Service was very poor. I went to open an account and deposit money and was told I needed to schedule an appointment. That's ridiculous to think that I am going to bank with you and be turned away for when it works for you! Thanks for saving me the headace as I see this is how you conduct buisness.The quality of service has went down. I will not be banking with Chase anymore.

I love this branch. Nicole is fantastic. The girls at the windows are always friendly and great. I would never switch banks ever. I have them for about 10 years and I’m very pleased. Thanks for all the great service everyone, from Lisa Podsaid
