Horrible cx service, employees treat you like if you they don't need our money to keep their jobs Having bad attitude is a must to work a chase bank

Had horrible experience didn’t allow me to use the atm even though nobody was using the atm Be prepared to wait outside a long time workers are not motivated to get people in and out. No customer service. Any other chase will be better.

This place is great I got there and I was immediately given help. You walk in and the place has a nice calm environment, the music in the background is nice and soothing. I switched over from Wells Fargo with whom I had a horrible experience with, but I am very glad I switch and i am greatly satisfied with the service I am getting from Chase Bank.

Very patient staff and were able to help me with my requests even though it was technically the wrong kind of branch to go to. They did what they could and pointed me in the right direction for my future requests.

If I could give it zero stars I would, only one teller open.long lines and Very Slow

I had two issues with this bank. When I first started my account here, they did not inform me that if my account were to be empty that they would override that and give me negative numbers. Nor did they tell me that my account would be shut down in two months. Today I had to go to the bank to make a new account. I am disappointed in the lack of communications that this bank has. I am glad that I was able to open a new account with an employee that knew what to do unlike the other employees. Thank you Maricela Del Real for your help. You have put my mind somewhat at ease and made my day in these hectic times a little bit better.

I always have smooth transactions at this location. The tellers are friendly and helpful. My only issue is the parking lot, It's so full because of the surrounding stores. This is a busy little shopping center.

This place is busy as hell because it's located in a large plaza. Made a visit today at 4:05 and people who's been waiting since 3:22pm were all gone according to the sign in sheet. After I left at 4:45pm the ATM line is JAMMED. Avoid traffic hour. Banker Jose is very patient in helping me.

Wouldn't accept poor condition money unlike other branches and past practice at this branch. Ended up taking it to the branch on Capitol, which accepted them.

I pay for express shipping to get a replacement card sent becuase i reported my card lost/stolen i gave them my new address to send the replacement card they sent it to my old adress twice and they even had my new address in the system
