Chase Bank Madera Rd, Simi Valley

A nice and quick cash withdrawal process here at this Chase bank location. They have a ATM outside the main door but I went inside and use the ATM next to the teller window. The good thing about this Chase bank is that their ATM is indoor and not outdoor so you can feel more safe while doing your transactions. When I was there, there was only 1 window open so that's why I used the ATM to withdraw my cash. There also a lot of parking too since this Chase bank is in a plaza with not that many stores open anymore. I wore my mask when I went inside.

I was very disappointed to see a female employee at my local chase bank NOT wearing a mask. She was closing the bank with other women who were wearing masks. Quite surprised that this would be OK for someone in a financial institution. The bank has cameras & I highly recommend someone in management review and hold her accountable. Its irresponsible as a coworker/supervisor. It was Tuesday 8/2 night at closing.

Friendly staff always looking to serve you better. I Trust them for all my banking needs.

The young lady named Ally helped me out at this chase and I was so happy with her service, she was very kind and very helpful!

I needed to start a college bank account and my boyfriend needed a new debit card. The moment we walked in, we both got help by the lovely and patient Terry Butcher. Getting a new Debit Card issued was quick and easy. I got all my questions answered about the college account, and even got to open a savings account that I am grateful Ms. Butcher offered. She even showed me how to deposit money in the ATM. On my time there, there was not any long lines. . .actually I dont think there was ever a line of people waiting to be assisted. It is very clean and organized. I never write reviews for places, this is the first time because I feel this place needs to get recognized by its outstanding staff.

I was helped by the most beautiful kind wonderful teller named Ally. She is so helpful and nice.
