Chase Bank S Weber Rd, Bolingbrook

Just to be clear: this is NOT A CHASE BRANCH where you can conduct day-to-day banking transactions. They have some ATMs but no tellers. This is a sales center where they only sell you products they profit from (also known as an "Advisory Center"). There are lots of people standing around but they can't help you with what you came for...actual banking. Forget about sending wires, making deposits, making withdrawals, money orders or cashiers checks. This place only wants to sign you up for car loans, home loans, student loans and credit cards. It sucks because you have drive 5 more miles to get to an ACTUAL CHASE BRANCH.

The manager David was very helpful. Daniela was so sweet. She helped me at the ATM and made sure I got everything I needed on my visit

I can't believe this branch. Chase Bank is going down a drain. Locked my account, came to the bank to get me verified and I need an appointment. I feel like I came to DMV and not the Bank.

Not a bank. They are only "advisors". They have no tellers. Do not take cash. Do not give cash. They have 1 ATM in the lobby. Go to a different bank. Drive through closed as well.

I love chase bank. Staff here is very professional and courteous. However, bank manager needs to be trained again. She is not welcoming. For example, if customer go to this bank for notary service (free service provided by chase bank to chase costumers) and bank manager will ask you to go to UPS store. She also hang out in the waiting area intimidating the customers.

Absolutely terrible phone call experiences. I have been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to a customer service “specialist”. Whether I call this branch or try to call the provided number to speak with a specialist, I wait for about 10 minutes before the phone hangs up without me pressing anything.

This is my local branch and the staff is all very helpful. Every-time I visit it’s a pleasant experience. Daniela was very efficient in answering some questions I had.

There are no tellers at this location for basic transactions.

ZERO customer service!! I spent the last 45 mins trying my hardest to get someone from the local branch on the line — no success! This is why I am going back to small banks; they at lea at answer the phone.
