Chase Bank CA, Canoga Park

I got an appointment for the next day to open a new account when I arrived it turns out I don't have an appointment. Then it turns out I was missinformed the day before and my utility bill was not within 60 days. Also the banker was not kind at all, was not looking for any solution neither tried to help me in any way.

DON'T USE this branch! I applied for a credit card the other day online on their website, got a hard pull credit check (which is expected), on the next I got a message from the bank I need to go to the bank to finish my application, I went to this branch and office manager submitted a new application instead of finish online one and I got another one HARD PULL credit check, my credit score dropped twice for 1 credit card! I truly believe she (manager) did it to get her bonus for a new customer. Also when I applied I used a referral link from my friend and now she won't get anything!! When I tried to figure out why she (branch manager) did it, she was rude, didn't answer my questions. VERY poor service!

I needed to notarize one document and the lady on the front told me they don’t have any notary! I mean seriously! On this big branch all they had 2 banker and no notary. However later I got to know that all the banker are notary. So now I’m confused. I donno why that lady on front provide me a wrong information. Whatever was the reason I didn’t like their service.

My branch on Tampa closed. Until today I did not find a safety box for my staff after I needed to close the older one.

Trying to do trust stuff for my aunt. No one ever avail. Cancelled appointments.

I've been having a horrible 2 months, I fell into a depression because of everything that collapsed at once in my life. I'm barely coming out of it healing and I was having so much anxiety trying to get my check for rent and finally went inside chase. I haven't really talked much and honestly Debbie was the first person to genuinely just talk with me normally and it made my day. It made me smile and she has no idea what that did to my heart, I needed that and her kindness was everything. I love when I come to this location I have positive help with such understanding people.

If you stand in front of the bank counter for hours, no one will ask you what you want. Only the guard asks you to make sure you are not a thief. I was waiting 30 minutes. I had an appointment 1:30.Awful

Worst branch ever. Prejudiced white and persian women and men will give you a hard time even cashing a check. Unless its the only branch nearby do not use this location if you are a black or brown person of color. Its only good for the ATM because unless you are a fair complexion this branch doesnt believe in providing services, resources for a problem or even a general greeting.

I never been there, but I saw the video of you guys Turning down Wack 100 saying he had a fake ID. It probably was a major inconvenience to him, but it was comedy to me.😆😆😆Keep up the bad work Chase. 5 STARS

The branch manager, Tony Sanchez is one of the worst person and unprofessional individual that I have ever seen in any bank. Looks like Chase doesn't care anymore for it's customers 😕
