Chase Bank Eubank Blvd, Albuquerque

I have been with Chase Bank for years and for the first time I went to deposit a check in the ATM and that was a big mistake. Does not give you the amount of time it will be on hold until after it takes the deposit and does not give you the option to cancel the deposit. Called Chase Bank they refused to release the hold or give me the check back. So your money is not really your money.

I’ve been with chase for many years. I moved back to Albuquerque and have had to do online banking ever since. Imagine my surprise when I drove by a chase bank the other day finally in Albuquerque. I am super stoked!! I have banked with other banks and chase is top notch. Yay!!!!

This bank will lie to you and when you have a family member try to put cash in your account cause you they can’t cause it not you. Remember cash is legal tender and can not be turned away. I will be closing this bank account out cause I have people put cash in for me if I can’t get to it. If you put a check into it like they tell you instead of cash the they put a hold on it for 10 days. This is they way they make money from you I will keep my credit union banks for business and personal banking needs. This is why private banks like this sale are closing cause customer services is not there and when you talk to them they talk over you and are very rude. If you chose to bank with them I hope you have better experience but I would not charge from your credit union if you have one remember union have more money then private banks and better customer services. The only reason they got a 1 star is cause I can’t put no stars so be careful .

I’ve very excited to see how far Chase Bank goes in Albuquerque, New Mexico they are doing and planning a lot of good things for us.

Do you see what I see? It's a Chase branch in Albuquerque! Seriously, can't believe we're finally getting Chase in NM. Never though I'd see the day. Pop'd in the other day and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it's just such a joy to be able to bank in person when needed instead of exclusively online. Looking forward to visiting the ABQ Uptown branch when it opens next.

Thank goodness chase Bank has finally imagined in New Mexico. I opened account in TX back in 2013 and moved to New Mexico 2016 not knowing that there is no branch in NM, that leads me to crape Wells fargo. Am glad to continue with my chase.

Going to reopen my chase bank account there the best bank used them for yrs and love the service. Form them had a account with Wells Fargo the will f u around and they fine way to take your monkey

Went to open an account, 4 different people in their offices and yet no one was available to help me.

If you look up the Definition of customer service in the Dictionary all you will see is a group of chase employees standing in front of the chase logo. I am not even an account holder and they went above and beyond to help me. My bank is completely worthless and I cannot wait until I can get an account with chase.

I’m really happy Chase is in Albuquerque New Mexico now. I had an account with them many years ago when I live in California, I was sad they didn’t have it here, but now I’m SUPER HAPPY. They are great. 👍👍👍
