First Financial Credit Union - Juan Tabo Juan Tabo Blvd, Albuquerque

Have been to many first financial credit unions around Town, and this has to be my favorite simply because of the people that work here. Doesn’t matter if your with Mariana, Clair, Lisa, or that other girl who’s name I don’t know how to spell. Led by Jesus, who is always so helpful! I gotta say I do miss that security guard that used to always be there. I don’t know his name either. Maybe Jacob or Vic. Regardless, it’s a great place! Respectfully

What a great experience with the wonderful people at FFCU. I really appreciated Claire helping me get things going with my business account.Then Jesus helped with a lot of questions and getting my application approved, and then getting my account set up for business. He was very professional and the process was very quick. Thank you, Jesus! Then Ebony helped me get my debit card, and get all accounts on the mobil app, and was very patient in showing me how to use it. Thanks Ebony! What a great team!

I absolutely love this branch everyone is so nice and sweet and I have never had an issue and don’t ever see myself having one. If you have issues with people at a bank… your the issue. Thank you Juan Tabo branch, stay happy!!

Great first time experience! Ms. Claire was kind, funny, and very informative.

Can't give them a five star (yet). This is really only my third time having contact with them since I have just became a member. My experiences at the branch on 831 Juan Tabo Blvd NE in Albuquerque have all been pleasant. Today on 05/27/2022 at approximately 1600 Ebony took very good care of me and helped solve the problem I was having accessing the First Financial Credit Union (FFNM) website to make payments online. Ebony was polite, knowledgable, and willing to help me with my online problems with the credit union site. She solved the problems and bid me farewell with a smile. Looking forward to doing business with her again
