Chase Bank Ne Hwy, Vancouver

Came in to get a document notarize but was told they can’t help me unless I have an account with them. Closed my account because of lot of fees and I applied for credit card but come to found out they checked my credit score and ding my points and then open an checking account instead. You are better off credit union banks. Better services!

I have never had any problem with anyone or anybody at this bank. VERY KIND PEOPLE

They are the worst. To put it in perspective they are worse then stepping on a lego, worse than bitting your cheek, worse than burning your tongue because you are to hungry to wait for the food to cool down, worse than a sun burn on the top of your foot. All other chase banks are awesome just not this one

It's sad that this branch has such poor reviews, I've had nothing but great experiences with them on the phone, in the branch, and through drive-through. Everyone is very professional and kind, definitely my go-to branch.

With the amount of mailers Chase sends out trying to bribe you with $200 to open an account, you would think the customer service would be amazing. When they tell you to come back another time to open an account because the 1 banker, out of 6 employees, cannot be bothered to do her job an hour before closing, you really can find somewhere else to do your business. Avoid this branch, they give a bad name to the whole company. Across the street is a Columbia Credit Union, go there instead.

Pretty good bank, but not the best with interest. They are quite competent with a wide range of banking services. Don't expect personal service here unless you need special help. I like impersonal treatment when Im trying to get banking business done and they do the job well.

Customer service is very subpar. Had an appointment to get some documents notarized and to have someone added to an account. The notaroztion happened but was told we would have to make another appointment to have someone added to my account there. Pretty lousy when the elderly person with you is in a wheelchair and it is difficult for them to get around. Not terribly hard to add someone. You show them your ID and account information. I am a member of a local credit union. I will be closing my accounts with chase and doing business with them.
