Chase Bank Nw Circle Blvd, Corvallis

I would love to give this place five stars just because of the cashier but they raised everything to $1.25 and I had no clue I only had $10 and it came to 11 and the cashier was so nice that he paid my extra dollar that was amazing. But how did I not know that everything is no longer $1 per item they are $1.25 now. Not really the Dollar tree anymore now is it it's the one and a quarter Dollar tree LOL

I lived in Corvallis for two years, and the folks at this Chase branch were always so friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile, and transactions and services were always pain-free and efficient. I always appreciated that these folks were professional and friendly.

I am an account holder. Every time I come to this branch they are unable to help with simple things such as; rolled quarters (they won’t give more than one roll) notary services (said she was short staffed and advised me to drive to the other branch across town.) Not a good bank. Overall poor management.

This is the only Chase bank in Corvallis after the closure of their branches at OSU and Fred Meyers. I've been with them since 2014 and have never had any issues with my account, but have had to fight them over ATM charges. The ATM at this location regularly runs out of cash and this was a problem even before the pandemic. Because this is the only location you either have to go to the next city, risk COVID exposure and go into a store for cash back, or get charged a fee for using a non Chase ATM. Supposedly you can get the ATM charges removed, but my experience has been hit or miss.

I've been a chase customer since their takeover of Washington Mutual, and have had terrible experiences at every other branch I have gone into but this one is different. All of the employees seem to have a good attitude but Stephen really goes a couple steps above what I expected. He is well worth the visit.

Best Chase Bank around. Great customer service always. Caesar is awesome an needs a raise.

Can’t even cash pay roll checks when are employer has a bank with chase. Then they try to charge you $8 to cash it what a joke this place is.

This bank and its employees go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers(me). Very thankful for the entire staff at Circle Blvd Chase in Corvallis, OR.

Slays getting my card canceled information always gets stolen and when I call to replace my card for like the 5th time they don’t answer or provide any helpful info
