Have lots of $ with chase, just paid off truck loan with chase. Me n my gal walked in to open up 3rd Account as extra/mad $. Sat without being greeted Then after 15 min was approached and asked to make Appointment for later ;( Came Next door To Wells Fargo and they sat us right down😊 and taking care of us

I have been banking with Chase since I arrived in US and moved to this location as they were treating me exceptionally from day one! I have never regretted and never had a better service in any bank ever. Banker Enith Hauenstein is always there to help me and follow up in case there are any concerns. Absolutely a five star!

Needed a notary to help with some papers for a funeral. The lady told me she was busy and needed to go to lunch, no time to help a long time customer.

Save yourself the pain and suffering, go to a different branch

Second day in a row that I try to replace my damaged debit card for a new one, and second day I leave without it and upset. First time I was told, by the branch manager, that the wait time was 30 to 45 minutes because the two bankers were busy opening new accounts for new clients. Remind you, she was not busy with any other client, why couldn't she help me since I was told the swap will be easy and fast since it was a debit card, not a credit card?? Second time, there was already a couple in front me and they had been waiting for a good 30 minutes before acknowledge, and told me to get ready to wait. This time, one banker was busy with a client, and other 2 were talking in a cubicle. I left upset saying this was my second day in a row, the manager was right next to me and she heard me, but didn't even said a word. Been a Chase for many, many years now with multiple accounts and the service at this branch is horrible.

Worst location I’ve ever been to, the tellers are awful!! Manager is no better. When you have a check written from another customer deposited into a chase account absolutely no reason for a hold when balances are good in both accounts.

Didn't put that I was going out of state then closed my card for no reason. Always some problem. Before that there was a teller that refused to write the cents amount on all my papers and laughed at me if I told her she needed to add it. Always a problem every single time.

Bad customer service. Asked 3 times on the phone to speak with a manager and the banker kept telling me no.

They are slow and don’t care. Same horrible service every time I’m forced to come here. Wish there was an option for no stars option...
