Chase Bank County Rd, Tenafly

Parents have been working with Kenneth Potts for many years now and I recently became a member of Chase Bank. Kenneth really is great at what he does and is essentially our family banker. Much appreciate his superb customer service and his genuine care. Will be a customer here for many years to come.

Highly exceptional staff, very warm and welcoming. Staff goes above and beyond to help with any needs. They provide excellent tips with banking and cutting cost.

Opens at 8:30 but don't believe that no actual attendants that could but help you with your account. Not until 9:30 shouldn't be open if you can't help your customers until 9:30

I can’t get a live person on the phone. If you need immediate help, no one is there.

I brought my 9 year old to this branch for her very first bank account and to deposit her piggy bank savings. Totally regretting that I did as I’ve never met a bank personnel so unpleasant, unable to provide info we needed and much too eager to direct us to online services when we were sitting right across the desk from her! I thought it’d be a good, first, banking experience for my daughter, but perhaps such thing with Chase is only possible when you’re dealing with “$50K+”.

I was really impressed with the service provided in this branch by Assistant VP Kenneth Potts. I would highly recommend his professional and persistent help especially if you have non-standard request.

We went to this branch to make a new account. We were told to wait. After 30min of waiting. They told us to make an appointment or come back later. They could have told us way sooner than after 30min of waiting in the lobby.
