DO NOT USE CAROLINA FRANI. We tried to get in contact with her DAYS ago. No response. She finally answers on the last day offers are being accepted. Long story short, we did not get the approval letter in time (got back to us as late as 8p). Unprofessional when she does respond and inconsiderate of our time. Will be working with a different mortgage company.

2016 – I had mortgage loan from 1st 2nd Mortgage Co. of N.J., Inc. 2020 – I had refinance from 30 years to 15 years. 2021– I had refinance for cash out and changed low interest rate. Specially Amy you are the best of best that I met.

I was referred to Marisol and I am SO DISAPPOINTED that she was so unresponsive in the middle of an extremely stressful time buying a home in this crazy market. After preapproval once my offer was accepted, Marisol was no where to be found. Sent her several texts and called her directly, with no response. I understand things happen, but communication is key! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Called to see about skipping a payment. My husband is retired but works part time. We decided to have him not go to work because of his age and health condition. He will not be collecting unemployment. Rod came on strong and said people are taking advantage of the virus situation. ( in a national emergency, with thousands of people dying Rod decides to accuse me of taking advantage of this very serious emergency.)He said what will happen if in 3 or 4 months we tell you that we want all the missed payments . I said I just want to skip one and no financial institution can demand paying all the missed payments at once. He said if what you tell us isn’t true that’s fraud. ( he must be 1st and 2nd’s BULLY) I said what I told you is true. In the very beginning of the call I explained that to skip one payment would help us out because of my husband not working his part time job. I wish I never would have called; I should have known . We have been customers for many years. That’s what we get.

I tried to Refinance my home with this company. I had a second mortgage with the Solar company. 1st 2nd Mortgage does not know how to deal with the Second mortgage with the solar company. They worked on my refinance for four months. When I check with them they tell me all kind of stories. Finally I had to talk to the Solar company and get this sorted out for them. It was very simple but these guys could not handle it. If you have second mortgage with a solar company please avoid going with this company. In the mean time the interest rates changed and could not move forward on the Refinance. Wasted a lot of my time. I would not recommend this company.
