Chase Bank Blossom Hill Rd, San Jose

Very poor help with an emergency situation. Going to get evicted as a result. I deposited a cashier's check on the 30th, they are holding it until the 11th. Rent is due 5th. Makes no sense, since the cashier's check is money paid for already. No sympathy, just cold and heartless, "we cannot do that sir", attitude.

If i could do zero stars, I totally would!!!!! ZERO STARS FOR THIS LOCATION ZEROOO This bank (location) is a joke!! Im trying to deposit DEPOSIT money into my OWN account and they won't accept it unless I have my ID... I have deposited money at many other locations without my ID or debit card... I wasn't planning on depositing so I didn't have my wallet on me... I understand if I was trying to pull money but I was wasnt...I was trying to DEPOSIT money....ugh...never again will I go to this location EVERRRRR

James troung is very nice person, he helped me create a business account. He is very friendly and very patient. I highly recommend him to everyone who is going to create bank account!

I like this one. Never seems to be busy and they don't have any of those new hi tech ATMs so to u always get to deal with a real person! Amazing

Staff seems very nice, and no problems inside, but their parking lot is a little worrisome for a bank. They need better night lighting and trash removal.

They couldn't process with a Canadian check. The supervisor who could have helped was out for an hour. They told me to go to another Chase which I did and they were able to deposit the check. Very bad service, a waste of time. Do not go to this branch.

Safe-Box waiting time: On Saturday December 7th, I was in the bank by 9:33 am to take something from my safe-box. The Banker was busy with an other customer and after waiting almost 20 minutes (around 10 am) I asked what is the expected waiting time to get a quick access to my safe-box! The answer was shocking, he said 20-25 more minutes which means waiting for 40 to 45 minutes to use your safe box for 5 minutes. Who wanna do that?! I got offended not only by long waiting time but also by the way the Spanish-American lady with short black hair who was little chubby (sorry she didn't have any name tag) responded to my request for help. This branch definitely needs to work on NEW employees customers services skills. I was their loyal customer many employees know me there. Luckily I saw an old employee in his private room and asked him to help me and he did!! Natten helped me to log into my box and CLOSE IT PERMANENTLY upon my request. He treated me very professionally (thanks to hiring manager who hired him). I should add Natten , Kevin and an other lady who I cannot remember her name (she is a thin girl with black short hair who always has smile and used to work as a checker) are great and this review wont relate to them.

Nice atmosphere, free coffee, but not enough representatives. Came to add a simple Travel notice and cashier couldn't do this, so we waited for 10 minutes and left the branch, since it was not obvious, how much time we should wait for.

WORST customer service don't go to this Branch VERY UNHELPFUL They don't even deserve a star. Employees including manager are RUDE. DONT waste your time here at this particular branch 405 Blossom Hill Road San Jose
