Chase Bank W Bell Rd, Sun City

Just went in to open checking account there were 5 employees that I noticed and two customers myself included. They said they were to busy to work with me and wanted to schedule an appointment days out. Lousy customer service find another branch.

Honestly, I wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to to write this review. At least one is required. I deposited a check for $3000.00 on March 31, 2021 and it is still "Pending." When I called today 4/7/2021, to find out when the funds will be available for use, I was told it could take until the 14th of April. WHAT??? This is a check from my cousin to help me with a lease buy-out so I can move and I have to wait that long for my own money from my cousin in California. When I called the 800 number to get information the man I spoke to was angry because I asked for a supervisor or manager and abruptly put me on hold. My phone is still on hold after 31 minutes. I suspect I will not get through to anyone. I even called my bank on 91st Ave. and Bell Rd. and was cut off. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will change banks but I suspect it won't help.

This location has some of the best customer service I've ever been around. Though extremely busy at times, the Manager & Staff have bent over backwards to assist me while dealing w. a severe medical injury! Huge shout out & thank you to Will, & Team, love y'all!

Every time I come to this location the ATM is broken. 🙁 I expect better from Chase. Ugh...

Banks are just a disappointment. Its just never what I hope. There is no customer service anymore, its take a number....cuz thats all you are, just a number.. yet another example of how the world is getting worse...

I went to change $460.00 CASH from big bills to smaller denominations for my 91 year old mother. Her account is with this bank. She was unable to come with me due to limited mobility. I was told I could only get $100.00 broken down. CASH IS CASH. $460.00 in $460.00 out! Ridiculous policy, poor customer service.

Extremely poor service!!! “Opened “ a business account 3 weeks ago and still didn’t received any information. Went to the branch and they couldn’t find my account 😳😳😳... and few hours later received a voice message from them to tell me they they now found it!!! Called the branch several time to try to obtain the details and nobody ever answer those phone calls !!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Customer service is so rude and they don't help me they just try to hurry up and rush me off the phone.
