Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Bell Rd, Sun City

This is by far the worst branch. It never had by ONE teller station open, yet it is the heart of Sun City where many elderly people bank, and need teller or RB assistance. I was in line for 20 minutes, with 8 people behind me. I walked out. I can go across the street to Chase and see 3 tellers, so, guess where I am moving my accounts to.

This branch like all other B.O.A.’s does not want you to access your $$$$. Why do they close at 4pm the day before a big holiday, when Chase Bank is open till 5??? The working man/woman cannot get to their cash 😡. They’ve even closed all of their drive thru banking. Time for everyone to pull their $$$ and go elsewhere…😡😡

Teller was excellent! However, I needed to get my PIN reset, so I was next in line to talk to the bank employee. Another lady walked in, and was asked if she had an appointment. She did not, but the bank employee helped her first without even acknowledging me. After waiting a few minutes, I turned to walk away (I had someone waiting for me) and the employee still didn't acknowledge me. Very poor customer service...

Every Bank of America never have enough working tellers to accommodate their customers. Average wait time for any transaction requiring a teller is 20-30 minutes. The lines will be out the door with one teller working while 3 other employees stand idly by asking you to use the ATM.

Always have to wait to get in your safety deposit box. Rude, slow service. Tellers are usually nice enough....once you make it to the counter. Really no excuse for the way they do business.

This place is absolutely useless. We made an appointment to set up a safety deposit box and they were 30 minutes late. Due to this we missed our next two appointments. Why do we even have bank tellers? Not only we’re they useless but they didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. This is all after our original appointment was canceled last minute and moved to a location 20 miles away. Everyone here should be fired

I have banked at this bank for years and am truly baffled by the bad reviews. My wait time has never been excessive, no different than at any other banking center in the area. I miss the convenience and service of this center greatly hope it opens again soon.

Terrible in person service. 12 people waiting in line for one teller. Elderly people here with canes, walkers just waiting truly disappointing.

Horrible service, went in to cash a check after everything being verified teller asked her superior is this "doable"? Her superior a blonde lady who sent me to verify the check in the first place said it was not doable because i didnt have an account with them. I have cashed other checks at other locations before with no issues. What a waste of time.

This by far is the WORST location I've ever been to. Long waits and none of the employees try to limit the conversation being had by the older customers. This is the only one near my work and it's an extreme inconvenience that nothing is done to accommodate people that aren't retired. This location should just be shut down. Almost every review is horrible
