Great Bank and friendly tellers. The principle reason I banked with them instead of another big bank was that they were open until 6:00 PM. Since COVID they are just like the others. Wish they would adjust their hours back.

Can I just tell you that I wish I would have written a review a LONG time ago! I’ve been a customer of Chase for almost 20 years and every time I go to this location ... Andreas (I hope I spelled his name right) has given me TOP notch care. Always has treated me so wonderful and guided me and gave me great advice on things. He is wonderful to work with and cares so much! Thank you for making this location the best! The way you treat people doesn’t go unnoticed... you are truly an asset to this company. Thank you again!

This bank will do everything they can to steal your money. Do not use this bank. Theives!!!!!

Barnabas is a phenomenal and helpful employee. I cannot recommend him enough. Very knowledgeable and thorough in everything he does for customers.

I came here to get a page of checks through the drive thru. I gave them cash to pay for the pages they printed out and yet they still charged my account so I paid double for it. I called and no one answered. Its not a lot of money but they can't go around charging people for stuff and get away with it.

Nice people helped explain how to deposit my money etc really easily.

I misplaced my card and I’m set to travel within 48hrs. I called the branch and was asked to come so they can order and expedite my new card. I literally walked in and walked out within 15 minutes. I was very pleased with their customer service. They even took the time to educate me on how I could order a new card via their Chase Bank app., but I needed to go into the branch in order for it to be expedited.

This Chase bank is my home Chase. It's not only the Chase that always treats me the best but it's the Chase that has the BEST staff and completes EVERYTHING in such a timely manner. I have never had an issue with this Chase and ALWAYS nice. LOVE THEM!

Chase is just not great. I signed up using an incentive that I never recieved. Calls to rectify the situation were never returned. Even my local account manager ghosted me....I'll talk to the bank manager and try and get this fixed...Or that one time they decide to hold an escrow check for weeks to make sure it was "funded"...after calling in twice and complaining extra loudly, it was released.

Great staff and barely any wait time in line. However the place does not have personal safe box.
