Drove 30 minutes to get there and arrived at 4:49 . The lady by the name williams said they close in 10 minutes and I couldn't be served and should come back tomorrow. Needed to open an account. Terrible service. So disappointed

I have been a member of Unity One Credit Union since we moved to Keller 7 years ago. The staff and management are professional, efficient and welcoming. Great customer service! They address me by my name when I walk in.

I read all the reviews and found those with "low" ratings baffling. I have done business with this Unity One branch since it opend. I have even had documents notarized there. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and eager to assist me, let alone professional, courteous, and , yes, even accommodating. They even invited me to bring in my little Maltese because they saw a picture and wanted to meet him. Please allow me to share, in context, an excertp from the poem "En Paz" (At Peace) by Amado Nervo. It reads, in part, "Cuando sembré rosales coseché siempre rosas" (When I planted rose gardens I havested roses). I treat management and the employees with respect and approach them in a friendly tone...as every person that believes in the golden rule should. This never fails to yield great service ...and, as Clive Owen said in Inside Man, "Therein lies the rub."

Staff is not knowledgeable or friendly. Told me one thing and went to another location and they advised something totally different. Not a good feeling for the business that’s managing your money.

The friendly lady working the drive through on 1/20 was super helpful in a shared branch transaction

I highly recommend them they are the best security in the valley. Open them back up and re- hire them back. But put in a supervisor who doesn't back stab their help. I had no problems with them they liked me. They were a big help and I felt very safe around them.

DO NOT BANK HERE! We tried them for less than a year. Their banking app is worthless and never accurate. We go to shut our account down but they held it open because of a small pending transaction. The teller confirmed there was only one transaction. Now a very rude woman calls and says we owe them because a transaction, that already showed as removed from our balance, processed. The transaction was made days before we closed the account AND SHOWED AS REMOVED FROM THE BALANCE! But because their online tracking does not work we owe them money. Save the hassle and go somewhere else!

I love this place. Josh has gone out of his way multiple times to help me out with any issues. Other team members are great as well. This is by far the best customer service I've gotten from anywhere!

If half a star was an option it would have been selected. After being on hold for 17 minutes I was transferred to a supervisor who did not identify her self. She just said she was too busy and go to a branch if I need help and hung up. If you can avoid this CU
