Chase Bank W Southlake Blvd, Southlake

Great bank and very centrally located. I can’t believe that they now close at 5 PM. Kind of hard to get there when many people work 8 to 5. Adam is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about him. I wish he was at this bank more....like he used to be. I understand he is now over seeing two locations. We really miss him!

Both the relationship bankers (Chris, and I can’t recall the second one) were very kind to my siblings and myself; they assisted us in notarizing paperwork for our recently deceased mom, and were very patient and generous with their time

A bank that charges to cash their own checks! A bank that does not take cash deposits either into a personal (landlord) account - you need to bring a money order (which you buy with the cash you tried to deposit). Basically a bank that is afraid to deal with real money - isn't this how banks started - safe keeping money you could hold in your hands? This bank will never get my business!

When I ask for a large cash withdrawal, please have your reps ask me what denomination I need. The drive through option shouldn't replace a conversation which too often the reps at multiple branches feel it does.

Very rude teller. Needs to learn how to talk to people and not be so rude just bc i dont have an account there but was trying to cash a check drawn on that bank .

I walked in and was immediately greeted, however there was a wait, but there were only two bankers and I understand the importance in connecting and putting customers first. I set up my account with Adam, he was absolutely AWESOME! The computer was slow at times, but not at all their fault. Overall 10/10 for a bank, especially compared to Bank of America.

If I could give negative stars I would. This branch is rude and unprofessional. Who ask for ID to deposit cash... a whole whopping 140.00 and yet I needed to show ID. Then to make matters worse the teller was rude, racist amd unprofessional. If you want to implement policy first and foremost make your account holders aware. Then have a threshold for what cash deposit need futher varification. This institution needs to be educated about what should be considered questionable or not. And I am positively certain 140.00 is not a questionable amount.

Best bank and customer experience. I don't even feel that they are "working" for Chase. They treat me as family and care for me. I really enjoy everybody at this branch of chase!

Chase needs to fix their water sprinkler system. There’s one sprinkler head specifically, facing the intersection that’s broken and spilling water all over the street. Please fix this.

Awful customer service. I will never go back to this bank . Train the staff to be nice and welcoming.
