If I could give this company more stars I would. My husband and I used Rock Solid to purchase our first boat. Amy Derryberry was incredible to work with. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) very quickly. I never waited more than 15 minutes to receive a response from her. Amy explained all aspects of the loan to us in a completely transparent manner. There were no fees or extra costs that we were not made fully aware of. Everything went seamlessly from receiving our approval until the seller received his funds. I would highly recommend this financial institution to anyone.

Miranda was absolutely wonderful she made everything so easy for us to get financing very smooth transaction. I went with Rock Solid due to the ratings. My representative was Amy. She was fantastic. The first rv company after I put down a deposit went out of business. I had already been approved. When I found another RV at almost double the price Amy worked to get a good deal in just a few hours. They were very responsive to emails. Only small thing I wish they would consider is making the process of being able to sign the contract with E-Signature. I would definitely use them again for my next RV

Abel was great to work with- knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. I liked that they were ready to work with private parties OR dealers- made my choices much broader. Ended up buying a unit with cash rather than credit (seven baby steps people! They work!!!) so I can't review the actual buying process. But, if you are in the market for debt, this company makes it easy and pleasurable.

used them to buy my first trailer and it was such a long process. i was already approved walking into the dealership and took us 3 hours for them to send us the contract. once i signed, the lady that was helping us left for the day and didn’t let anyone know and we where stuck waiting and calling for someone to review my paperwork. such a slow process with them. will never use them again.

Rock Solid Funding was a rock solid choice for financing my new equipment trailer. Initial response to my application was a little slow, but the rest of the process has been smooth and easy going.

Misleading about how willing they are to work with their prospective borrowers. At first, they declined my application, apparently without any human review, citing that my credit score was below the “minimum of 640.” The home page on their website states that 550 is the minimum, and mine was closer to 640 than it was to 550. They offered to review the application again, but then refused any legitimate alternatives for proving my income. Waste of time, and an unnecessary inquiry.

Amy Kimbrough was great from start to finish. Rock solid team was better than working with a bank. When i had to ask a question to ask , i had a response less than 10 minutes . I love rock solid

"We extend credit for almost any situation!" Apparently not ours. $135k of income, wanting a $15k trailer. No-can-do, "because our credit score is below the minimum of 640." It literally says right on their home page that they work with scores down to 550, we were more like 600. Added an inquiry to my girlfriend's credit report for no reason.

Well I have to admit my credit is subpar but Rock Solid got me approved. We were going to purchase from a private seller but the camper was sold out from under us. Cash is King lol. However we found several others at different dealerships. Ami Groves was awesome to deal with. She was patient with us throughout all our changes. For the most part it was pretty pain free. Miranda did a great job. She always email, text or called me to answer my questions. There are a few things that could have ran smoother, which was out of her hand, which is why I give them a 4 star instead of a 5 star. ( just my honest evaluations )

Rock Solid was so much easier than dealing with the dealership who wanted me to put 14k down. I text Abel my information and exactly what I wanted to do and he worked it up.
