Chase Bank E Tremont Ave, Bronx

the branch as a whole is about average, no complaints really, i have conducted business there many times with no issues! from beginning of 2018 until around sep/2020, the tellers are nice and handled transactions with ease! even thought my overall opinion of most chase branches is not to great,but this one was okay! i am mainly encouraged to write a review because of the great experience i had which was a business matter that should of been resolved in the first pace when i visited 2 other branches with almost no help, and each one wanted to throw the task on others! I finally tried this branch and Mr *Pablo Valerio-Rodriguez* helped me to finally resolve this matter even though it was NOT his own task "since he is a personal banker and not a business banker" to take care of but he did! he at least tried calling the right department and he actually called 2 different departments to finally reach the right dept to resolve my simple issue! also what i liked about him is that he was taking care of the clients who were waiting while he is actually taking care of the current client whenever possible! since they did not have enough bankers at that time! and he wanted to be 'efficient' at work! most others at his same probably would not bother since they "don't have to" Pablo is a Role Employee and everyone in any company bottom to top should be a productive and an efficient employee! i hope one day and very soon he can be promoted to a higher position within the JPMorgan Company.

The worst bank that I have ever been too. I was online to see the teller at 10:00am and at 10:30 I was still on line. Its like no one knows what to do. They need more training or something. My money is to important to give to that branch going somewhere else.

Horrible I was offered a promotion when I opened an account. Come to find out the worker didn't put in the promotion correctly. The manager said he will override it still hasn't done so he constantly says he needs verification from the now fired worker. I have all the documents proving that the promotion was offered and taken. If it's possible go somewhere else.

hour and a half just to get a card replacement.. there was also a lady here that came in at the same time to open up a new account after waiting they told her she didn't have the right documents.. if there was a manager on the floor he could of ask ppl what they came in and address the issue before the long wait..

2 ATM machines were down and wouldn't accept cash deposits or withdrawals.

The ATM's are always broken. This location has no air. It is extremely hot in the summer. Mark my words, someone is going to pass out from heat exhaustion at this location, and win a lawsuit against JPMorgan&Chase.

Managers nice. Workers are lazy. There’s only one teller yet on hand yet there’s 20 employees all conversing in a circle. And it’s like that almost everyday. None of them represent chase as other branches do. I’ll never come back to this place and if you do I suggest you clear out an entire day. It’s gonna take a while

I went to this site because my mom was not getting the proper customer service at the Arthur ave location. The Agent named "Jose" in this site was very helpful. He answered all my questions and gave my mother more options than the Arthur ave location. I must say he has amazing customer service skills. It feels nice to actually have an Agent in a moment of crisis to ease your situation. I even had an attitude and he remained calm and did his job great. I had to give him a great review. Thank you Jose for being awesome!

Rarely is it ever extremely busy, with the ATM'S being the exception. Usually quick service, convenient location.

The service in this bank sucks . two people behind the desk and always one teller taking care of the others with a lot of people waiting. And the wait time almost an hour. Just to open a new account i been here almost two hours to be seen . horrible horrible horrible.
