Chase Bank Sw Wilsonville Rd, Wilsonville

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any help and feel forced to give them 2 stars. I drove by the front and the original hours state it’s open until 6pm so I went to park got out of my car and the bank is actually closed(it was 5:12) I then see a paper sign stating they close at 5 pm. Which is fine because drive thru banking is open right? No sorry they will make you go around and then you will see a sign that says it’s out of service. But that’s fine because you can use the ATM right? Wrong again the atm didn’t work either! Thanks for not helping chase😒

Lobby is still closed but the drive through is fast and efficient.

The branch manager, Jessica, is fantastic!! We opened business and personal accounts, and the service rates 5 stars! When our college age daughter experienced problems with her account (in Washington), Jessica said, “Have her call me! I’ll take care of that!” First time a branch manager extended a helping hand like that!

Worst bank ever so many hidden fees and fees that make no sense. With today's technology things should work differently. I feel like there the best at stealing money from you claiming it's fees.

Been with Chase Bank for awhile they go out of there way to help out.

Very poor service. 8 years ago i used to send wires quite a bit so they convinced me to open a business account that charges $15 a month if I dont maintain a balance of 7k. Today I went in to send a wire and they said that If I didnt want to pay the fee I needed to open another account with 100k to avoid a $35 wire fee. I brought up that they already used that line and thats why I opened the other account. They just said well we have changed out plans and thats why we require now. What a waste of time and exceptionally poor customer service. I will not be doing any banking with them in the future and I will be sharing this story with my business partners. This is why Chase is going downhill.

My wife and I went into this wilsonville branch to open a couple accounts. The entire staff at this location was great. Andy assisted us in getting the accounts opened. He was great! Very personable, polite and friendly. Usually banking comes off as boring but he made it fun and enjoyable. He even assisted us when our 18 month old threw up all over the place. Talk about great customer service! Highly recommend Andy for all your banking needs!

Have had numerous issues, some of the workers are great others not so helpful. The ATM always has issues and my card has physically gotten stuck to the point of me having to order another one. As well as the atm eating my money and losing it completely. Everytime I’m directed to someone they just keep on directing me to someone else, seems like they aren’t very knowledged. Super upsetting and everytime I call they are no help. As if there is never anything they can do. Not all the workers but some.

Nobody returns phone call for 3 days
