I opened up an account a back in February and I have to say the teller and banking staff is fantastic. Tyron is a fantastic banker, and exhibits excellent customer service skills. He took the time to explain my chase credit card, wire transfers, currency exchange, and goes above and beyond answering my questions. I believe I've found my banking home.

This branch of Chase Bank is filled with friendly, courteous and helpful employees. I have always been greeted with a smile and have been able to complete my banking needs in a speedy manner.

Just left this bank on Lake Mead near Rampart and the teller Diane was rude and unprofessional!

The teller I had was rude and needs an attitude adjustment. Wont be going to this branch again due to her dissatisfying my experience here. Receipt says the login was under Arielle.

The tellers are friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable about banking issues. I have been with this bank for two years and Bank of America for 35 years. Chase is the best bank of the 10 financial institutions I have been with.

Horrible customer service and experience, never had an issue with any other location. I recommend everyone find a different location, you will not be happy after leaving this branch.
