Chase Bank S Frontage Rd, Yuma

I’ve read a lot of bad reviews. I seen nothing but good things come out of the Frontage RD Chase bank. I’ve literally had no problems.

Gave 1 star for convenient location. Customer service is poor at best. Branch tellers have never learned courtesy.

I have had great service at all Chase branches I have gone to. People seem to go out of there way to help, and provide excellent service.

Dont use this bank they rob money from ur account and call it a fee

I didn't have a good experience at this location. The inside chase atm gave an incorrect amount when i deposited a check. I proceeded to ask the manager for assistance who seemed overwhelmed. The manager proceeded to let me know that their location could not assist me other than telling me to call customer service. Upon clarifying that their location could not offer any alternatives themselves, the manager told me that I was "at fault" for not correcting the machine. Five days and some phone calls to customer service later, I still have the issue.

So frustrating, I could not get anyone to even return my call for weeks. Then when they did call they said it would take another week to move my money from my JP Morgan Chase IRA account to a JP Morgan Chase IRA trading account... silver price shot up in between. :(

If you want you money held hostage this Is the place to be, need (your money) for a down payment for something well good luck
