Our family came in on a Saturday shortly before closing. Christina took the time to set up our accounts. Even though she had to stay very late to help us, she was very kind and helpful. It has been such a pleasure. Tha k you to Christina and the other employees who stayed over an hour after closing to open accounts for all of us. I honestly expected we would need to come back another day and I was pleasantly surprised that they graciously helped us all.

Good bank! Helped me alot with everything. Only complain is the drive through teller. They need to add one more personal to help move the line a bit faster. Specially right now during our snowbird season. I was there for 40 min just for a deposit. I couldnt move out since there was cars around me.

Exstreemly helpful in helping me open an account and explaining all of my questions thoroughly. They made me feel welcome and didn't rush me.

The teller was very friendly and efficient taking care of all my requests.

Mary the manager is ignorant. Makes false police report thinks she controls the public sidewalk. She needs to be fired.

Yes this bank is busy, at times the line moves slow but mostly because we, the customers, are not always ready to do our part. I have found the staff are friendly and do their part of transaction as quick as they can. Next to my small town bank NFCU is great.

Great bank. Wish they had more tellers and more ATMs such long lines and the Arizona heat isn’t helping. They do try their best to speed it up.

Manager calls police and lies to them about videographers engaged in constitutionally protected activities. She deserves to be fired for jeopardizing the life and limb of 1st amendment auditors!

AFTER CONTACTING CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE EMAIL WAITING ON REPLY !!! I ALSO PHONED & WAS CONECTED TO A SUPERVISOR WHO STATED THAT MANAGER WOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR INCIDENT OUT OF BULDING BY PUBLIC SIDEWALK !!! MANAGER NEEDS EDUCATION ON BILL OF RIGHTS , U.S. CONSTITUTION PROTECTED ACTIVITY FILMING , PHOTOGRAPHY , VIDEOGRAPHY NOT ILLEGAL IN PUBLIC AREAS , PUBLIC BUILDINGS , & IN PUBLIC AREAS OF PRIVATE PARKING THAT ARE NOT POSTED SIGNS!!!

All the amazing employees left, the only ones that are left are those who are there to just collect a paycheck except for a select few. Every week it’s a new rule or something. Better of stealing your money out of this bank. Only way you’ll get it fast enough.
