Huge shout out to Nicolas Costa! I had a meeting with him a few months ago and he was super helpful regarding my Bank accounts. He gave me super honest advice that reflected what was best for me and had my finances. He wasn't trying to sell me chase services that I didn't need. I am going to say this, if you are planning to refinance your home, William Jaramillo is your man! This extremely bright, educated and skilled home loan agent will take you through all the steps with no stress! He is always ready for questions and helping with issues. I highly recommend William as your home mortgage specialist. Today I was at the Bank and I needed to accomplish some tasks in order to get a loan. William was not there but the greeting lady, Hana, came to the rescue! Hard to believe she is a new employee. She guided me through loan tasks very patiently. She is very knowledgeable with computers and kind. I wish there were more people like her who offer help without a request.I am very impressed with her interaction with me as a Chase client. When I went online, opened my Secured Checking it was suggested that i be physically present to obtain or re-open my CHASE Secured Banking in the branch itself. I love ❤️ my new CHASE Debit VISA card! I have been a Credit Union Member for over 21 years now so totally 💯 to get a fresh start with CHASE!

Moved over to Chase bank from Mechanics. They are great but don’t have a lot of branches like chase also Chase’s credit cards are better. Nicolas helped me a lot and spent a ton of time with me helping me set up my checking and savings. 10/10 would recommend.
