Chase Bank Rte, Newburgh

I've been a loyal Chase customer for years. I hadn't worked in months and was overdrawn $300 in my account. I was finally able to get paid for work and deposited a check at the ATM and was told there would be a 7 day hold before the funds were released. I called Chase and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Customers rely on their money being available as soon as possible just to live. Chase clearly doesn't care about it's customers or their wellbeing. I will be switching banks ASAP.

I have been banking with Chase for over 10 years and have had so many visits to your branch on 9W! I cannot say enough how awesome the team is there! More specifically how polished and professional Carlos Alzate is.....he is exactly what every customer needs in this world!!! No matter the reason I am there, having 2 business accounts, 1 personal account and a mortgage loan, his goal is always to solve my issue, all while providing a professional and joyful experience! Let me continue by saying he adds such a comforting, personal touch to each visit, one that I have never seen in any other financial institution! You are lucky to have him as the face of Chase in my community! And we, as customers, are blessed to have the experiences we do, when interacting with him! Thank you Carlos! 🤗

They are courteous and friendly. I've never had a problem, and I've been banking there for years.

The staff of this branch are always helpful, attentive and friendly. Although they get many customers per day, they know your name and greet you when you enter each time. Their service is quick, and if they know they must take a longer time than expected with a previous customer, they offer you coffee, tea or water (and sometimes lemonade). The staff will come to you and acknowledge the time, then, let you know they will be with you as soon as possible. They are an extremely personable and friendly staff.

I have several accounts in this particular branch. The Manager (Tremaine), Accounts Rep (Carlos) and all the others that work there, not only treat you like their most important customers, they remember who you are, and they are very personable... Would go NOWHERE else for my banking needs.
