Chase Bank Old Santa Rita Rd, Pleasanton

I deposited money at their ATM a week ago as of today 6/11/22 and the money has STILL yet to be deposited into my account, I called the bank about this and after them unclearly saying where they were going to transfer my call, I was on hold for 45 seconds, and then was hung up on, DO NOT use this location

Stay away from this bank Today I went here for a CHASE document related meeting. After 5 mins waiting one of the staff came and told me that their bankers are busy and go and visit their nearby branches !!!! I am not sure this is the policy of chase bank, go go and find any bank they are willing to support you !!! Chase, please consider this as a feedback and do something ASAP, otherwise you will loose some of your good customers! There is no option for zero rating, so I am giving 1 star....

Very strange establishment, there was only one customer and five bank employees sitting in individual offices with bullet proof glass. Nevertheless I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. Drove to the Dublin branch and was served right away.

Great people and great bank. Looks like they have gotten it back to good!

I will NEVER use this location again, just deposited money and it had issues depositing and now on hold with customer service

Not helpful, I went to open an account nobody came to help When I asked for help I was told to make an appointment

Horrible customer service five workers only the workers in the office can print bank statements and they all seem to b playing on the computer while we sit here nobody being helped it is enough employees working at this branch but no help smh it is very hard to get customer service in the Bay Area things really have changed smh ppl of color shouldn’t be treated like this we pay taxes we work hard for our money this has to stop this branch needs to b shut down
