Always a great experience here, not sure why all the bad reviews. Customer service is excellent! I go in for western union and I’ve never had any issues, even when other places have given me problems. I’ve dealt with everyone there and they’re all super friendly and professional. Shabnam is the one I’ve interacted with the most and she’s amazing!! Love this place!!

Worse experiences EVER! I went in to fix a mistake on my western union transaction and 2 ladies instead of helping me told me to stand on the side ( even though it was my turn) and kept helping other costumers. When it was finally my turn the 2 agents kept bouncing me to each other. One of the ladies said "Nina will help you" then Nina is like "i am not i have to finish something". During the whole process Nina was very rude and unhelpful. She was angry at me, kept using hand and body movement that were just very rude and unpleasant. Nina was very unprofessional and had no costumer service. She made me feel uncomfortable just standing there. I will never use their service, these ladies specially Nina is rude and has no costumer service.

I have been using this place for purchasing money orders and never had a bad experience until GINA or NINA!!!!! RUDE and condescending! I will no longer do business there.

Employees thought i had already chashed in check that was 1 month old and made me wait execssive amount of time making me look like i commited a crime which was infuriating

Always courteous, professional, respectful. Very helpful and personable. Been a patron for several years, grateful to have been able to get help occasionally.

The representative was rude and unprofessional. She actually yelled at my 5 year old daughter. I had to tell her to chill out and stop being rude. It was a Friday and I didn’t want to ruin my own day by losing my temper but hell no im never stepping in this place again. I didn’t get her name but her operator ID on my receipt says: HA1

The Only Reason I Walked Into THIS CRAP STORE Coming From San Ramon Is Because Safeway Is Upgrading Their System With Western Union. To Anyone Considering Dealing With This Outfit ..... Just Do Not !!! You Will Waste Your Time And Gas ....Unless You Are Really Looking To Ruin Your Day Then Please Stop By This Location !!! Western Union Is Best Represented By Safeway !!!

Worst place to go to for any of your money handling especially if you want to do western union. Not only were they having issues on their end with just me it was with others here as well. Instead of fixing the issue on their end they pretty refuse service until I contact western union for an issue that has nothing to do with me.
