Chase Bank S Main St, Salt Lake City

I've been banking at this location for six years. Janice has always been there for me. Her product knowledge and friendly service has always been second to none. I've moved from the downtown area, but I continue to frequent this bank.

Got charged an overdraft fee because my account was locked. Called to try and unblock my account to deposit funds electronically but because I couldn’t provide the 3 digit code on the back of my card it couldn’t get unblocked. Literally gave them my address, DOB, and social security. I didn’t have the card on me but could provide account number and routing number. So long story short got unnecessary charged over a 3 digit number.

Chase Private Client advertises great value & customer service. I believe this branch offered the best service of the Chase locations in Salt Lake City. However, I have found competitor banks are much more attentive (and offer better services/rates).

I tried opening an account, but because it was 5:30 (they close at 6:00) they wanted to schedule an appointment instead. There was only one other person in the bank and four employees... They were unapologetic and rude. I recommend banking somewhere else.

The guys at this bank are awesome. Last week I went in and was on the phone with a colleague talking about the possibility of a promotion and that I was going for it. When I went in today, the teller remembered and actually asked if I had gotten the promotion. They gave a great end to a great day.

Was told Chase doesn't cash government issued checks that are issued through Chase. Will be contacting my governor's office about where our state trust it's money because clearly it's not JP Morgan. I'm sure the attorney generals office will also love the copy of the video being told they won't cash checks they issue.

Had a great experience working with Andrea setting up multiple accounts. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Fast and easy process, while making sure I understood each step. Evan was my cashier, nice guy and helpful.

I'm from abroad and required some information as fast as possible. The employees from this Chase bank were great. Especially Andrea and Brian. They were both extremely helpful. I did not have so much time in SLC. Thus it helped a lot to receive the information I requested so fast.

There’s is nice people working there but terrible bank service. I’ve never got my card when they sent it to me but I did get a letter to my mail box after that I paid a fee for them to resend it quickly never got it. One month waiting for a debit card!!

The old woman Teller provides just the most miserable customer experience. Super sad and horrible, so terrible that you want to do her job for her, so you can leave as soon as possible and stop the pain.
