Chase Bank Hamburg Tpke, Riverdale

Horrible experience with a new business account. Moving the money to another account as soon as possible. Representatives here were unable to help remedy things. Truly incredible that an institution this large has such poor customer service.

Gotta love their Halloween decorations at this location… Walked into spiderwebs trying to use the ATM.

Waited outside for an hour and 30 minutes to be helped at desk. They took down my name and number and sent me out to my car to wait for a phone call. Went inside 3 times to see what the delay is and seen 2 different people being helped that went in after me. This bank has horrible customer service, I would give this bank negative stars if they existed because they aren't even worthy of 1 star!

I agree with ehat one customer said about Matt. I was there recrntly to put something in my deposit box and had trouble entrring my pin # . He was very patient and professional.

Horrible bank. Since when can’t you deposit money into a friends account unless you have an account there. If anyone ever try’s to deposit cash in my account please let them as that is not the concern of a bank. I’ve been banking with TD bank since the beginning and despite the issues they are still better then banks like chase. Idiotic regulations set by idiots and that there sums up today’s society. Very sad and as a result of the experience here I will never bank chase. If you bank chase and someone asks what’s in your wallet you are forced to say nothing because they don’t let deposits happen.

This is the worst bank in the area! I keep trying to give them business and the always disappoint me. I tried to open a checking account for my daughter and they told my to come back in 2 hours! They also told me it would take 40 minutes. I already have a chase credit card, 2 checking accounts and 5 savings accounts. Well guess what I’m closing all my chase accounts and moving to a more customer friendly bank. They treat you so poorly at this branch. Please do not use them. It’s too bad they are the only chase convenient to me.

Went in today to open up a business account they told me they can’t do it without an appointment because they’re extremely busy. No one was in the bank, nobody was in the drive-through and one of the employees were surfing the Internet. Guess they don’t need the business

I have been a loyal chase customer for at least ten consecutive years. I have used many branches of chase bank throughout the tri-state area . I say this with as much emphasis as I can “STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH” . This is the worst customer service/financial transaction branch in the nj area. The staff are incompetent and slow . The bank tellers are clueless to the point of finding your account can take them an hour at best. The bank manager is non-existent during normal business hours so good luck if one of the tellers needs help. This branch literally could not break a one hundred dollar bill for me , mind you I’m a customer with an account . Stay away Stay away!

I’ve never seen a bank have more issues with their ATM machine. More often than not I go there to use the ATM to either deposit or withdraw and the machine is down, under maintenance, card reader not working, etc. word of advice.....upgrade the machine!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

I find the staff to be very friendly. They all know my first name. I have never had a problem with the ATM A very convenient location.. Maybe it's just me...lol
