Chase Bank Delta Fair Blvd, Antioch

I don't like this branch or Chase at all for the matter that they closed both my accounts and one was a business account which I didn't do anything on, but it was closed. First they messed up my personal bank and demanded me to pay them back then now my business bank is also closed so I will no longer be doing business with Chase at all.

Very dirty at front door and ATM just gross - only one drive up available - you want business or what?

I go here because it’s close to my house and I have a business account at Chase. If it weren’t for the drive up ATM I wouldn’t. There are homeless people passed out drunk/high right at the front door where the ATM machines are. I feel uncomfortable walking up to it.

The women (if that's what they can even be called) that work here have the worst attitudes imaginable they are rude, impatient, and just nasty. They do everything on their own time and they move like snails intentionally. 0 stars

So far the best time to go not very many people there and it's easier to get in and out of the parking lot but during the day it's very terrible to get in and out of the parking lot because it's so tiny way too many people to get in and out of that little bitty space

I see people parking in the Handicap on purpose!! Even blocking where they are not supposed to be. Young people are yelling at the Handicap. They think because they feel they can park there their behavior is threatening to the elderly!! This at the Antioch Bank on Somerville. The security can do so much. They are not even respected to their job. Most part people are nice. Parking is horrible!!

So Disappointed with my service at this Bank the young Hispanic lady who helped me really Messed everything up with my Bank account a simple Card replacement went absolutely wrong when she said my new card replacement would take 3 to 5 business days and At the end of the day she cut my card in half And Had never put the order in to get my card sent over so upset this happened on June 14 2021 and till this I have not received my card and won't be able to because of her Be Careful with this branch Very bad service!'

What is the point of having a phone number if they don’t even answer. I really need to get a hold of them for a very important matter and if they don’t contact me or answer they ruined a career. Learn ho to answer a phone.

They never pick up the phone. Very unprofessional. I changed banks.

Have two standing atms and a drive thru. Super convenient
