I’ve been in a few payday loan places and this place has the best Customer Service! The day I went, I think Maria and Diamond where there, they where really busy, but where really helpful. Maria, helped me with my loan, and offered and explained to me my options with patience and knowledge. Thank You girls!

We came in last week in hopes to get a title loan. We encountered employee maria who was very rude, didn’t provide great customer service. She brushed us as if our business was not good enough or she did not wanna be at work. When I asked who the supervisor was she said she was and acted as if she did not speak English. I found this very upsetting as I left and took my business to fast auto where I was treated with care. Maria does not deserve to be a supervisor.

I absolutely love all the workers at the Antioch location. I have been going there for years now. They are ALWAYS friendly. Thanks guys for being you

The person helping was nice no problem with staff it was that dam computer it was slow it was incompetent had to do task two to three times before computer recognize command not good experience plus i had appointment in oakland in 45 minutes i made it on time it's just your computer irritated me

Two-amazingly-beautiful-Young-Women, Christina and Mya at the Suisun City’s facility were SOOOOOO amazing!!! I called first before I went in and it was Christina’s great-customer-service voice that helped me on my decision to go in! Christina and Mya should teach a class on, How to have great customer-service, to everyone!!!! Thank You Christina and Mya!

* I agree with the below comment 100% stating Maria was rude and incompetent to say the least. And this is coming from someone who did get approved for the title loan. Con Artists or just terrible people im not too sure yet, but there is no worse experience at a place that deals with your money and should be professional, than when they royally mess up, due to an inexperienced employee with the lack of knowledge in the work they are doing, and then cannot fix it despite your endless patience and understanding... except for con artists of course. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here unless you want to go to the ends of the earth and back to try to sort their mistakes out only to be told its a dead end and figure it out yourself. Of all the check cashing places i have ever been to, this experience with this particular Advance America really sucked the seratonin out of me and their mistake remains unresolved.

Great place to do business. Adriana helped me with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable without being pushy. Would recommend any of my friends in need of short or long term loan assistance.
