Chase Bank W Main St, Safford

This branch has very nice tellers all 1 ot 2 of them on busy days. I don't think there OK with customer's that need to do banking in a building with a person. Better be really good at online banking (forget about cash) to use this branch they don't have time for anything else. It really looks like there trying to close this branch but having a hard time getting rid of the customer's that have used them most of there lives. 😕

This place has the worst customer service ever! My son and I waited over an hour and still weren't helped. All the while one lady was just walking around doing nothing. I don't bank with Chase, I'm so glad I don't because it's worst customer service ever. We got up and left with no help in resolving out issue with them sending a check 3 weeks ago!

Use to love chase until, I came to the safford Arizona branch. They are horrible worse customer service, the branch manager there so so bad at her job, the rudest person I've spoke to in A long time the way they talk to you wish I clda recorded her. Now looking for new bank

We tried to use the inside auto teller. It took the money out of our account but did not give us the money even though we heard it counting it out. They will not help you at the branch. We have called the number the branch gave us and they just say they are investigating us. They made us feel like we were thieves when they are the ones that stole a lot of money from our account and won't put it back. Find another bank. I have been banking her at this location for close to 50 years but I think it is time to move on. We are nothing but a number to them and they really do not care about their customers.

The bankers at the bank were amazing and helpful but as for the bank it self not a fan my account got hacked and I didn’t fully get refunded they forgot to tell me about some fines

I opened my first real bank account as of yesterday after 5 yrs, and I’m absolutely mind blown. Nicole Sanders was the one to actually handle everything and I swear it was such a blast. It was like I’ve known her for years, she never skipped a beat and she was just so fun to deal with. If everyone working could do what she did yesterday, the world would be such a great place. I am so grateful to be treated like a human and have so much fun and I was literally laughing the whole time with her. Thank you so much for such am amazing experience. I highly recommend 10/10

Went to this branch for the first time as I accompanied my mother, I do not bank with chase. . Disgusted! The gentlemen who “helped” us has the best worst attitude, a fabulous fake smile, and zero patience for elderly customers. He most likely resents the customers whose bank accounts are larger than what he makes all year. Oh and if you have any discrepancies or issues, he will make sure his bankers appointments are all booked and there is nobody available to help. Next time , Stay home mijo… your customer service skills are just as ugly as you are.

Chase as a bank really doesn't care. My bank account screwed up on their end (that they admitted to) causing my checking account to overdraft $4,580. They took one of my entire paychecks reducing the negative balance to $3,510. I called them to work with with me on the issue and they told me just to pay it and there was nothing they could do. They took my entire stimulous relief check reducing my negative balance to $810. I needed that check due to being affected by Covid-19 and having a new baby at home.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD THE STOLE MY DEPOSIT AND GIVE ME A RECEIPT TO CALL A NUMBER THAT YOU CANT EVER SPEAK TO A PERSON ALL AUTOMATED. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND BANKING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THAT SAYSING SOMETHING I ONLY HAVE 4 BANKS IN OUR TOWN AND ONE IS A CREDIT UNION THAT I CANT BANK WITH THEM ..... SAME ON YOU

Chase Bank. Provides banking services with walk in banking, ATM, and drive thru. Service is great and employees are courteous and helpful. Plenty of parking.
