Chase Bank Newhope St, Fountain Valley

So far so good! My wife and I had our joint account closed for no apparent reason and it has been an ordeal to say the least. I needed to take care of a bunch of business at this location last week and everything went very unexpectedly smoothly. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The banker I spoke with was extremely professional and handled my issues quickly. He really knew what he was doing and showed me how much I’m valued as a customer. I would recommend this Chase branch to anyone who banks with them.

Was looking for a Home mortgage with chase and came to this branch to find Christoper. Christopher did an amazing job handling my loan. He was always very available to answer any questions and Help. He kept his word on everything he said he would do. I felt very confident in Chris that he would fight to keep my interest above all others. We had a some changes to the loan after the appraisal but with out even asking Chris took care of everything and got the numbers back to were we originally were. He also did a amazing job at explaining everything to us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.

So Chase is continuing to keep employees out of work. CLOSED!

Staff is super nice, they always offer help and even your bankers get personal with you to better understand your needs and management of money, plus they offer free coffee :-)

Omg they are playing annoyingly loud music. It’s a bank, there is no need for distracting music.

Thanks for just dumping a sign in sheet on me while I was waiting AFTER I had been told to sit down and wait for a personal banker. I was waiting a few minutes with only 2 other customers in the facility and as I'm getting off the phone to politely acknowledge this girl she just drops off some random sign in sheet and walks away with enough sass in her step to throw shade like she was a Kardashian. No smile, no apologies or a reason why. Not sure if she was management and if she was then that's HORRIBLE practice. Definitely feel the "personal touch" at this branch. Thanks for reminding me why I despise walking into a branch location!

One of the staff was extremely arrogant. When confronted about their staff's mistake in providing information to me, rather than providing solution to the problem that occurred, she just argued how I was at fault and did not even book another appointment for me. Such arrogance is not desired when you are trying to expand. My experience with the lady here was extremely unpleasant and Chase just lost one of their potential customers.

The bankers ignored me for 45 minutes then when I asked them to send me a new atm card because mine was cracked they did and told me to keep using mine till the new one came. The dumb B!t@# CANCELED my card so when I went for breakfast, my card was declined. 30 minutes on the phone with the bank and someone who couldn't speak English and I was finally allowed to leave. CHASE Sucks, fees' us to DEATH and their service is even worse than the greedy shiesters that run the place. Cancel your accounts and hide you money in your mattress. You'd be better off. This branch is full of DUMB kids who don't know what they are doing. F-them.

I visited this place to open my savings account. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Overall service was very good.
