Chase Bank US, Ledgewood

You can't even get to talk to a banker in a more private environment; you have to take your personal business to the front/window where everyone gets to hear your personal business. They can't even put a stop automatic withdrawal on an account that you no longer do business with. They seem to be okay with the company keep taking your money even when you bring in the proof that money should no longer be taken out..

This is absolutely the worst bank EVER!! I came to make a cash deposit for my elderly mother. I wait in the drive through and then I’m told they do not accept cash deposits because I’m not on until account??? What kind of bank does not accept cash deposits?? I was told I could go to the post office to get a money order and come back. Again no regard for a customer’s time and the audacity to ask to go get a money order. I called my bank, and they accept cash deposits from anyone as long as there’s a deposit ticket. Save yourself aggravation and go bank elsewhere. This place is a joke. Plenty of other banks who will gladly accept your cash and value your time.

Chase is a miserable company. I spoke on the phone with 2 associates and they would not work with me at all. This is why I do not bank with this awful bank.

Today my daughter waited in line for 9 hrs at DMC in Randolph for her license.When she got in we were told we didn’t have proper points of i.d. Went to Chase in Ledgewood and they saved the day. They Printed out statements for our joint accounts and everyone couldn’t have been more helpful. They turned a terrible day into a great one. I’m so happy that all my credit cards , mortgage and all our accounts are with Chase! They are hiring the right people! Thank you everyone from the Ledgewood branch. You are fantastic!!! John W. I go to this brunch only because it is unfortunately the only Chase brunch close to my house. The employees are nice, but the manager is totally unprofessional, rude and has no clue what he is doing. He made me wait with the baby while he was talking with his lady friend. Totally unacceptable. I am surprised that they would not fire him... or at least move to another role if they can not fire like a normal company.

I agree with the other reviewers that this bank has the worst customer service. I'm out of town on vacation and needed to find a notary for a contract. After calling this branch and being informed there are three notaries who could help me, I drove 15 minutes to the branch, asked for a notary, and explained that I needed one page printed (because I'm on vacation). They said that they could not accept any emails and could not print any paper for me. Note that there were several printers around the branch and that there was only one other customer. I explained how important this document was, but they said they couldn't do it. I also explained that I'm personally a Chase customer and that my business has accounts with Chase. They again refused. I asked if there was someplace nearby that I could print the paper and come back. They said that they don't live around here and don't know any printing place. This is absolutely the worst customer service ever.

They only have one atm and it’s barely ever working. Have to drive 15 mins away anytime I wanna use the atm past open hours.

Awful customer service, racial discrimination and ain’t never using there again

Awful service, shouldn't even receive a star, my account was hacked and was told no one can help, all booked, need make appointment a week advance. Meanwhile my account I can't get in and someone had used my account number. 😡, don't go chase avoid it

Understaffed & is not the right chase branch if you want something done. They kept asking me to find another branch even though I was there during my appointment window.
