Chase Bank Nw Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg

A bit frustrated again today with this bank! Drove 1:45 hrs. last week, one way to go to this bank only to get there and they're CLOSED ALL DAY during regular banking hours? WHY?? I need cash out to buy an ATV. I've been trying to call them all morning today a week later to make sure I don't drive almost 4 hours again for nothing but they just don't answer the phone!! I'm going to switch banks now, what a hassle all the auto pays and on line set ups.

Only 1 location to serve a 100 mile radius near Roseburg, OR. No outside ATM access or free atm's in the area. Only branch is inside of another business that is located on the busiest street in the entire town. Parking lot and access to said parking lot is a Hazzard and has caused I can't even count how many accidents. The business this chase location (Fred meyers( is awesome! Their parking lot is a nightmare though. Closing my chase account today or tomorrow and moving to nwccu

Fantastic service by Andrew and team got my account going real quick also services were cheaper than a local bank I used to bank with earlier which was very surprising also they have services that other banks are not able give you like I really needed a cheque and they were able to print it off in 2 mins instead of me having to wait for the courier .. great experience ! Great Service !!

The only Chase bank in Roseburg and it's inside Fredmyers! Inconvenient with no drive-up window service! Considering changing banks

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. And not just at the branch level, their Estate dept is horrible as well. Don't waste your time and money with these people!

Today I went to the Chase Bank in Fred Meyer's to purchase Euros. I do my banking at a credit union; however, they don't sell Euros. I was assisted by Vivien, who helped me through what turned out to be a complicated transaction. She was very helpful and could not have been nicer, but I was not able to complete the transaction during that visit. As I left the branch, I was pre-occupied with "next steps", and I left my wallet on the counter. Luckily, I was followed out by Drew who returned my wallet to me. I was ever so grateful that he made the effort to find me to return my wallet. Thanks to both Vivien and Drew for providing excellent customer service.

I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a lobby in my life, this is the second day in a row I tried to cash a check and both times there were two separate excuses on their behalf. If I could I would give them ZERO Stars, inefficiency at its finest.

Nothing but problems with this bank. I could write a lenghtly review but I will just keep it simple. Their staffing definately needs a makeover.
