I went in on a Saturday Morning, the security guard greeted me, and the teller, David, was friendly and efficient!! This time at Chase Bank it was a 👍 😇 great customer service experience!

Went in, sat down over 30 minutes, not one person approach us despite having walked pass us four to five times. Only attention we received were quick glances followed by arrogant stares. Would've open to separate accounts with my siblings, but with service like this I don't want any part of it. Thought Chase was better than this.

I went there to open a bank account, Luis Cabrera helped me in less than 5 minutes, he helped me to understand the difference between the accounts and he was super kind and friendly. ... I hope soon everyone can have the same experience with all the personal in that bank. 🙌🙌

CHASE manager needs to consider opening one more window during rush hours , waiting time its usually 15-30 minutes during those hours, there Are more workers on the opening accounts section and only a few at windows heping people out , people dont want to wait that long to deposit or make any type of transactions . They have a good location filled with people and due to that fact they should consider it or they will lose many clients or account holders .

Julie was very Ruth. I'm a regular customer and she didn't want to help me to take my deposits. Very bad experience

For the location there should be a security Gard n at least two atms till midnight this area always active, standing outside for almost 20 min knowing theres two more atms in the building.

Super long lines!!! The cashier is super sweet but sometimes I wish that they'd just hurry up instead of trying to make awkward convo. Sorry I'm just trying to get the hell outta there before I lose it. They only have 2 booths open and every old person wants to talk about their whole life story! And the parking there don't even get me started. It's just super tiny and crammed pack!! Don't go there period! Save your time and go somewhere else unless you want to be there for 30 mins.

I will give this branch zero star. Worst bank ever. Poor customer service I was there 7.2.2015 around 9:15 am trying to deposit a check to someone's account. The line was long. Only two windows were open. One of them was for handicapped. The line was moving very slowly. I asked why can't they open more windows to help customers, they said they can't. It took me around 45 minutes to get to the window. I hope I don't have to go there again. Bad experience.

The machines are broken and will steal your cash deposits But they don't bother to tell you till afterwards "oh they have been broken for months" . Always have a long line with employees just standing around chit chatting. Unhelpful. Worst chase in Long Beach hands down. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Tried using the ATM 30 mins after they closed. I needed to deposit cash. There was only one ATM available the rest were inside the closed building. It only accepts 30 bills at a time, and it couldn't even read most of it. Even the person before me was having a hard time and she was depositing a check. If you need to use the ATM during closing hours, don't go here. I went to another one down on 3rd and pine. You need your card to get in the building, but it has multiple ATMs and it accepts ALL your bills with no problems.
