Chase Bank Hampton House Rd, Newton

After four phone attempts with customer service, we went to bank. With efficiency and friendly manner, staff obtained information we needed for DMV.

I’m at the drive through right now. No customer’s at the counter inside yet no one comes to help me. Even though the same teller walks by the window, looks right at me and keeps on walking. I rang the bell. She comes to the window and I ask if anyone’s working the window. She says I just came back from lunch. So I say, “good customer service means you acknowledge your customer. Most people don’t mind waiting if someone says they’ll be right with them.” I guess she didn’t like that she went back to her chair turned her back to me. After a minute (seems like a minute amount of time, unless you’re waiting) she comes back and does my transaction. I bank with PNC and am always acknowledged. Transaction was for work.

Go inside to get paper notarized and say there for 10 mins. 5 people in the building and finally get told sorry we are so busy and can’t help you. I have been a customer of this bank for 25 years. This is straw that broke the camels back with this place.

It is so much easier dealing with Chase Bank compared to a local bank which I won’t name but starts with the letter L. They have so much more to offer. Thank you to Emily for your help.

Worst Chase Bank I have ever been to. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They were no help with the issue I was asking questions about and I ended up going to the Franklin Chase, which was much more helpful and cooperative!

This is a big enough branch to have a drive up ATM, but it doesn't. You have to park almost one hundred feet away in order to go to the lobby and withdraw money. God forbid you have small children in the car.

I honestly can't believe I'm seeing all these bad reviews! I have never had an issue with this bank. The tellers have always been extremely nice and friendly. They've gone above and beyond when needing help. I've always approached with a smile and they've reciprocated.

This branch has tellers with nasty attitudes, not just once but three separate times says a lot. Very understaffed for the drive-thru lane. I would rather do my banking at the ATM than deal with the customer service here.

The banker that I spoke to was very nice, and it was easy to get done what I needed to, but, then the manager came over and tried to push me into listening to what she wanted to tell me even though I told her that I did not have time to listen, she said she would talk only a bit, even after I said I had no time. I had to tell her NO, do not talk alot, and do not talk a little, I do not have time. You would think people would know that NO means NO, it does not mean please be pushy and then I will listen to what you think you have to say. Learn some manners. If I were rating the manager this would be a 1 star, and if I were rating the teller, this would be a 5 star. Some leader. Hey regional manager, fire her rather large rear end.

I actually like banking here. Emily made the transition from the other bank smooth.
