Chase Bank Spreckels Ave, Manteca

I would like to say I parted ways with Chase a few months ago and it was just preference on more of a local bank. Please make note of this Chase I have tried to contact you many times

They dont need your business. Tried to open a business checking account. After being told to sign in and have a seat I waited for the business account banker to finish with her current customer for 20 minutes. Once she was done I was told her next available appointment was two hours from now and could I come back then. There was not one other customer in the bank. I dont want to have to make an appointment everytime I go to the bank. The business banker couldn't come and tell me herself or ask what I needed but sent her underling over. I'll go elsewhere.

2 Personal bankers on duty and both of them are slow. Waited 20 minutes b4 walking out & going to the branch on 115 W. Center where they have 3 personal bankers on duty who are much faster/possibly better skilled at doing their job

I went to another Chase location in same town. Service at this location was much better. Newer location with better seating than other. I didn't have to wait long for a personal banker.

They never pick up the phone when I try to call them. Customer service is a joke

I opened an account last week. Today I go to log in into the app. It wasn't working. So, than I called their 1-800 number. They apparently closed my account without even telling me. To make matters even better I was seconds away from writing a check. Chase is by far one of the worse banks ever. Still have no idea why they closed the account and they still won't tell me.

They have to many policies other chase banks don't. Like you can't cash a check and then deposit money into your account. They only let you do one transaction per day. Also I wasn't able to try to use my check card to pull out money twice. At least this is what their teller porsha said.

The atm is in the hallway so you need a chase card to open the first door(After hours) and use the atm. The seating is comfortable and the staff is friendly. What more could you ask for?

I never seen this kind of service and welcoming all around the states... Nice branch and WONDERFUL customer service. Just give it a try, and you'll LOVE IT like me :) Go get yourself a Chase account... You won't regret it...

This has happened 5 times in 2 years: They said they will call me back to schedule an appointment but they dont, and some things I had were time sensitive.
