I would have rated this a 5 star if management didn't change. It used to be Jenny. Now they have this new manager Patricia, who runs this establishment. I told this new manager to NEVER EVER call my work because I have already talked to her many times that I will be there to pay my loan and yet she still calls!

I would like to say that helped me with my money order the employees name was Maira and she was very pretty and very good at what she does good customer service and every question anything about money gram or a loan she answered it and understood what she talked about thanks to her I will most likely to back to guys for now on thank you Maira

Great staff! The ladies here are funny, personable and professional. Iblobe coming to the Manteca location because of them and the convenience their location gives me. Keep up the great work ladies. You all are truly an asset!

Out of curiosity do the employees always put signs in the door saying they will be back at a specific time then not show up at that time because they dont take their job seriously?

The staff is extremely passionate about the services they provide and Bianca has an inviting personality, and displays a high degree of professionalism.

I called this morning to inform them that my husband who was the account holder passed away. As I was introducing myself the manager interrupted me to explain rudely that she couldn't talk to me. I understand they couldn't speak to me about his loan but if she would of let me finish talking she would of known why I was calling and her statement would of been irrelevant. During this difficult time this call made things on my end harder to deal with. My husband liked doing business there unfortunately I didn't receive the great customer service he talked about.

The lady's at this place are amazing and out going. Any time I've need to go in for a lawn they have made it a pleasant experience for me. Sometimes having to do this is not a very good feeling, however these ladys have me leaving with a smile every time...🤗🤗
