Chase Bank Highway, Hutto

Came here with my handicapped brother who needed to open an account. When we came in there was not a single customer in the building. When we told the representative what we needed to do she said they were fully booked with appointments. I looked around and said no one is here. Due to my brothers current condition he cannot be out of bed for more than 30 minutes and it would be really difficult to come back. We asked them to please make an exception since literally the office was empty. They refused. I’m appalled and immediately closed mine and my wife’s account. Absolutely ridiculous customer service

Worse Chase Bank in TEXAS! ATM is always out of service. Consistently having to drive into the next town. If this place can broadcast its busy/slow or open/closed they can post ATM Down/ ATM Broken attempted to be stolen "again"

Only open Monday-Friday while others stay open until 2 pm on Saturday's…

I go inside very often because I prefer to talk to people in person rather than drive up, and every single person there is always so kind and friendly. Seriously, every single one! This is the best bank in Hutto.

Went in to cash a $30 check (chase) written to me... cashier informed me that I would have to pay an $8 fee since I did not have an acct. With them. I said, "no" and cashier laughed and told me all banks charged to cash checks. I informed her that Wells Fargo and AFCU did not (I do not bank with them either). She then changed her mind and said the fee was for checks $50 and over and cashed my check. She then asked if I wanted to open an account with them... told her I would never bank with such a greedy company!

Bank here if you want to be treated like trash. Chase does not care about anyone or anything except making more money. Mainly by tricking people into trusting them to handle their funds. Bank local, not corporate.

Every thing that Chase bank does is totally correct. The first two women are absolutely the best banking ladies I have ever had as they have always been polite to me and my wife. Plus correct in their help and suggestions they have explained there results to my bank account. Super nice and helpful ladies.

This atm is always down they don’t stay open like the it says on the website they shouldn’t of closed Taylor chase down now I have to go ROUND ROCK to pull money. If you are looking for a bank I don’t recommend chase at all

Worst service. I have been 2 times and both times I got stuck with some larger woman. Mayne 2nd or 3rd little cubicle. When I walked in I told her I need to speak to manger because I knew my sistuation, I knew she would have no power todo what I needed. . . And still she made me sit ther for 20 min looking of things I ALREADY KNEW! she was then rude to me after that... I love in hutto and I am now just driving to Georgetown location. Much better service, well trained and quick with responses to any issues I may be having.

Never been into the facility myself but every time I've called they've always been very courteous and helpful and super sweet over the phone, thank you so much, greatly appreciate a friendly voice on the other end... Super helpful n a great way to start the day when someone calls in n the voice just makes your day...!!!
