    Be careful if you need to deposit coins. They won't take them at the counter and force you to use the machine to count them, but the machine isn't accurrate. I knew exactly how much change I had, they made me unroll all the rolls of coins and send it through the machine and it turned up with the wrong amount. I was told "sorry, we have to go off of what the slip from the machine says". I had to basically refuse to agree with that before someone finally opened the machine up and found that the coins were in there but didn't get counted.

    Normally I have no problem when going in at this location. Takes longer than the others but not bad. Due to Covid 19 have attempted to use drive thru 4 times and after 30mins being 2nd or 3rd car in line and not moving I can’t waste anymore time and just drive to Round Rock Or Georgetown location a different day and done in about 5mins. Maybe 10mins if Someone is in front of me. Today I was running errands saw no one in line thought okay no wait cool. 22min transaction. -.- I had 3 deposits to different savings/certificate accounts, and asked for change back. Again same transaction I do every time that the other locations are able to do in 5-10mins. The process was just awful. No slip, tell them what I want to do, then send only 1 slip even though tell them using 2 different accounts, fill out 1 slip for the account that has most deposits, send debit card for the other account for deposit. Discuss more, sends out 2 slips she filled out. And I didn’t even get a reciept or the transaction. Just very frustrated and know y’all can do better as the other locations are doing better.

    When I need to edit a review, I edit a review. A+ has completely stepped their game up and the customer service is off the charts. Had an issue with someone breaking into an online account and ordering all kinds of stuff. A+ reversed the charges and set up a new account within 24 hours. I will forever recommend A+ Federal Credit Union!

    This is absolutely the worst branch! With the pandemic, you would think people would be mindful of people’s time. There are only two outside lanes at this branch and then you have folks who are not considerate and want to conduct more than the allotted amount of transactions.

    Have to agree with the other reviews! I spent 30 minutes waiting with just two cars in front of me. Hire more people and provide better customer service.

    I went inside to inquire about opening a new account. Unfortunately, I had to have an appointment scheduled for another day and is quoted to take 30-45 minutes. Meh. I asked a bunch of ?s there and then instead of day of appointment.. so as to reduce the quoted time down to a more practical, standard and convenient timeframe. The amount of time which passed was sufficient enough to establish a new account, in you ask me. However, this is based only on every other account with every other institution/industry ever opened. Aside from aforementioned happenstance, the greeting, the atmosphere, the Q&A sesh with ABM, the parking, the location and automatic entry doors were A+ My engagement with Virginia was top notch and ultimately prompted the reviewšŸ™ Perhaps, the speed and efficiency, along with a satisfactory inspection of lavatory on nexy visit, will furnish that 5th star😘

    Everytime I come to this location it's always a long wait in the drive thru which makes zero sense because all the other branches move pretty well. Even today there was only two other vehicles in front of me and I was waiting over 20 mins and eventually I just reversed and left. And when are they gonna open the lobby again because I can go in the other lobbies but for some reason still can't go in this one. I just don't understand what takes them so long at the drive thru

    Courtney is one of the staff members at this location, and she is one of the most helpful people when it comes to the job. She suggested to open an account for a 12 month certificate for 5 percent back on savings. She is actually doing her job and caring about it. I like to see people who genuinely care about what they do. Keep up the good work!

    Run AWAY!! Save yourself. This is not your common credit union, let me tell you why. USUALLY a credit union does the best they can, to help you save money - low interest, no or low fees... Not the case here. Have you ever looked at your account app to make darned sure you have money in your account, and it says you have $200 in your account? Right, so you go to a few places over the weekend - and spend less than $150, only to find out on Monday that the $200 you "had" in the account Friday wasn't the ACTUAL BALANCE? As a result, we suffered 11 overdraft charges at $29.50 each, no matter what the charge was for - now get this: they were charging $29.50 on everything that came in, even if it's a $1.62 Red Box rental. Can you imagine? So, we called to try to turn off the overdraft feature all together so that if the money wasn't there - we wouldn't get a charge or overdraft. NOPE. Sure they'll "turn it off" the overdraft so that the bill doesn't get paid, so that they don't pay the charges coming in - but they will still keep charging the fees punishing you and charging you for absolutely doing nothing at all. Still want to throw away your money here?

    Wow,I have been banking here for 10 plus years. Ask me prior to having the Hutto location as my main location and I would have had nothing but great things to say. They are extremely slow, and rude at this location I am not sure what has happened to the customer service, but I am thinking its time to start looking to take my business elsewhere.
