Frist Iwant to thank Angela Torres, Makenna Reed and Jasmin Barron for being so nice and helpful. I have been a customer of Chase for long time and this particular place 1600 Basswood Blvd. Chase is my favorite even if it's not the closest one they have. The way they care for people makes the difference. Keep doing your hard work. Thank you again.

I went in to open a new account and was told i needed to make an appointment. There where 3 employees doing nothing but talking to each other. She said there where no appointment available today. I went to bank of America walked in and opened my new account with no problem. You might want to work on your customer service skills covid-19 is not a good excuse when other banks are giving full service.

I always receive excellent service when I conduct business at this bank! Kudos to the branch manager Jay and his entire team! I want to give a special shout out to Larry who recently helped me close my deceased mom’s account. He was very professional, competent, personable and resolved my task very efficiently and seamless! Given the nature of my request, I walked away grateful and appreciative for the pleasant experience. Larry, thank you so much for making my day! Deverlyn Hurston😊

Chase has a fee for everything, foreign exchange fee, transaction fee, overdraft fees, monthly fees... I now use banking apps, which seem to be the coming trend. Unlike traditional brick and mortar banks, banking apps like Varo have far less overhead costs and therefore don't have to charge so many fees and actually pay interest on savings accounts.

Went to the one on Saginaw Blvd. today to get a paper notarized and was met by this teller that was rude. Older Caucasian lady, didn’t get her name. My sister has an account there and we were treated like it was an inconvenience. She told us they didn’t have the time to do it, and that there were other places to go that only charge $5. We went right down the road to this location on Basswood and had excellent customer service. Irene was so sweet and accommodating. The building is super nice too.

Jay and Irene have been a great help. Irene made sure to follow up on a situation I had going on to make sure it was resolved. Jay explained in detail the different types of checking account I could have and the benefits of each. Also returned my call after I left a voicemail. Everyone is always professional and willing to assist the moment you walk in their branch.

Be sure to triple check your full name on your accounts. Apparently 2 forms of ID, a signed and printed document & a already open account isn’t enough. Was told by Irene she would escalate my complaint, ya haven’t heard anything still.

They don’t know how to take customers service at all. Staff is rude. I got very bad experience. Specially, Jay Garcia!!! He is rude and his service is awful. Need to improve the customers service in this branch. I never have this kind of bad experience before.

Kristen Bartosh was very helpful. She and Stacy Just are a great team. They walked us through the PPP process and kept us updated. Thank you so much!
