Chase Bank Mannheim Rd, Franklin Park

This bank is completely misleading. I been here over an hour patiently waiting for help. I am currently working with Angel he said he would be with me shortly but instead made me wait even longer because someone after me walked in with an "appointment". He mentioned the appointment was quick! An hour plus and he does not have the courtesy to let me know how much longer as I sit in his office waisting my time! Completely unorganized and unprofessional!

I don't like going to this branch at all. There are not enough atms by far. There is always a line in both the drive up and walk up lane after hours. I avoid this location as much as possible

I was at this location today and couldn't be happier. The young lady who helped me at the counter was so helpful with my transaction. I was in a hurry and stressed out, but she did everything as fast as possible while engaging me in conversation making me feel more at ease. I dont remember her name, but I do remember her beautiful strawberry blonde hair.. I'll have to stop by and get her name so I can write a former letter to the corporate office in Phoenix. Keep this one Chase, she brings value to your brand.

Worst customer service I have ever been throw. This new staff don't know how to talk to customer. whoever is hiring, plz teach them how to talk to customer. I don't want to give them 1 start also.

I think it's great that this branch still has drive thru service. So many other chase banks don't do that anymore.

The employees and managers are very professional and polite they are always helpful. This location drive through is busy most of the time but other than that it was a excellent experience.

Hey, we usually would wright a review when we DON'T like something, but here it is going to be about how good the Chase bank is! I am personally banking with Chase for a couple years now, and I do have accounts in many different banks. And I was having issues with all of them. Some of these banks are ....I can't even describe how bed are they. But Chase - there was no issue that they would not fix for me. Everything is always done in a timely and professional manner. And I love the app. You can do EVERYTHING within it. This location also was very helpful every time I needed them. Business banker Erica was always available and was able to answer ALL of my questions. Love you, guys!

Friday afternoon only one atm working, dirty lobby, overall way below chase standards

Worst possible location that exist. Any other branch is helpful polite and fast. But this one be ready to wait an eternity
