Chase Bank Harding Ave, Surfside

Nice and clean small Chase branch. Everyone is very nice and polite. Never really busy.

I am a chase customer and have a few accounts with them. I tried to open another checking account but they said my driver license, work permit, and social security is not enough to open additional account under my name. They said they only work with us citizens and green card holders, following their logic if I am in process of obtaining a green card and legally in USA, I can't open another account at chase. Worst experience ever. I went to a local TD Bank and opened an account with my driver license and social number. I am moving another accounts from chase to TD Bank. TD Bank has much better customer service than Chase. Chase seem to be not welcoming immigrants... Worst experience ever at chase! I am not coming back and don't recommend you working with chase.

CHASE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND 6 MONTHS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY, THEY ARE NOTHIN G BUT A BUNCH OF CROOKS. MY BUSINESS REP NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND REFUSES TO HELP AS IT IS OUT OF HER HANDS

This Branch has the best customer service that you can find out there. the way the branch is managed, it is very impressive, and it means business...

The staff is very friendly and helpful (Diane, Margarita, Jorge, Johanna, Steven) and the regular banking services normally run smoothly. However the Chase Merchant Services/Payment Tech services is a disaster. The sales representative Efrain over promised stating that all funds will be in our business account the next business day. This is almost never the case however and I am always stuck on hold with customer service for hours trying to locate and clear funds. Also, they made a mistake with our routing number when we first opened the account and funds were not in our account for days. If you are thinking about changing your business Merchant Services to Chase I would strongly advise against it.

We had some small business banking issues with this Surfside Chase Bank. After making complaint with Chase Customer Service, all issues were resolved by Chase Executive Office. Thank you Chase Executive Office.

Best branch in the area, friendly staff, they answered with patience some verbose question from my wife. Definitely recommended.

The staff of this branch are always friendly, they attend very well. The good thing that there are always few people on this branch, the bad thing is that you have to pay to park the car!
