Nancy is by far one of the worse customer service tellers I’ve seen, please if you scan avoid this location at all cost. They make you wait terrible amounts of time in line and the agents just seem to be unaware on how to process basic transactions.

Customer service here keeps getting worse by the minute. You come here during business hours and you still need to make an appointment for the next day, because guess what they have too many customers! Well when you have "too many customers" you hire more personnel right? Not Bank of America though. They couldn't care less.

The staff in this branch provide an outstanding service, one of the nicest group of people I have ever met in a financial institution, very rare to see today days.

The tellers are always nice and helpful - problem is the bank understaffs so badly that you need to wait forever to see anyone. If all my accounts weren't already here and I wasn't so lazy I'd definitely switch banks. But, well...

The manager Yunely is always so nice and helpful. She’s does a great job managing the branch. Everyone at the branch is patient and welcoming. This is my favorite branch and I have several accounts in several states.

Always a line of people to get in and at the ATM, and I’ve had some trouble depositing money here, haven’t given me all the funds that I deposited right away without disputes and proving I did..

Long line. One cashier who embarks in long conversations with every customer. May 2nd. 1:45pm.

This bank has 2 of the rudest managers I literally wait 30 minutes for change! I miss my online appointment and I get skipped by a customer there... I waited patiently all the way until I got to the teller who apparently was a manager named Joseph who then tells me there is nothing I can do to get change because I don't have an account that it's a brand new policy ... I always got laundry change there before why today the sudden change then he calls this other manager who tells me the same thing... I used to have an account and the bank and even the employees gave me more than enough reason to take my business elsewhere. Never stepping foot there again and I don't recomend this bank or its services.

This is the second time I have to wait forever for service at this branch and this time I deposited a check the bank manager told me that they were going to put a loan hold with on it unless I talk to one of their officers to update my account this is only a tactic to try to sell me credit cards and loans. Thank you very much Bank of America for treating your customers so well NOT!

This is by far the worst Bank of America I’ve ever been to. I don’t understand how can the person who runs it always have ONLY ONE teller working EVERY TIME I come. There’s always a huge line since there’s never more than one teller. Is it so hard to at least have 2?? I’m not asking for 4 tellers but please have a minimum of 2. Instead of it being a quick easy trip to the bank it becomes a dreadful task.
