Chase Bank State Ave, Marysville

Drove 20min because it showed open until 5pm on Maps. All other locations closed were closed. They were closed. Big inconvenience and very disappointing, take the 5min max and update the status to closed like all other locations in the area.

I have been coming here for about 2 years almost every day. They are all incredibly nice and helpful! Sometimes there is a long line but they handle everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. Always with smiles on their faces and kind greetings. Big thanks to everyone that works here!

The drive through poles are so close, my truck mirrors hit on both sides. Who builds these ? Chase banks are out of date in WA state . If you are looking for any kind of loan, choose a smaller bank as these guys dont seem to lend for anything. I had a $200 error showing 8 years ago and it was their fault but still muddied their decision on a loan. It is their bank so they can do as they choose and it is my opinion that they stink and can write it if I choose. Cheers and thanks for listening to me vent.

Great branch! Helpful tellers and bankers ; when crazy busy there are ATM stations inside to cut line time.

They have consistently bad customer service even by chase standards. Which are low as possible. Always a line never a smile would avoid this Branch at all costs

Just tried to deposit $600 into my grandma's account with the deposit check she gave me from her checking account. They refused to take it. they said I would have to come in and buy a money order or cashier's check in order to deposit the money into her account. Run from Chase Bank. Absolutely ridiculous. With BECU. And the teller was absolutely rude about it.

They admittedly go days without checking their mailbox. I have to call every two weeks and ask them if they have checked their mail and I get the same response, “no” or “probably not”. For those of us who have billpay checks waiting to be deposited it causes a lot of unnecessary chaos, frenzy and sometimes fees. The Tellers are very nice and always apologetic but the mail continues to not be checked every day.

They changed the hours to closing at 5 on week days and were closed at 4:20pm. What the heck!

I don't like that you can not use drive-thru telling any longer and are directed to 2 machines to do business, when you come inside. There is only one teller now.
