Chase Bank Lacey Rd, Forked River

After having multiple accounts for many years they opened this branch! There no one in there almost always and they don't pick up the phone because there always to busy playing on there personal phones!! The pathetic teller refused to take checks from me because she claimed it wasn't me but after I told her how pathetic she was she was suddenly smart enough to find my accounts call crying making up stories and they closed my accounts!! It's people like this that will always be nothing in life go the extra mile to do wrong instead of right and that's why she's sitting in an empty bank instead of advancing her pathetic life!!!

My wife was in this bank in Forked River today and the associate tried to help her. When the manager got word of this situation she dismissed my wife and said to go to another bank because the department was closed. And made remarks behind her back. Very unprofessional!!! When someone dies and leaves you with money it’s hard enough to get through this! Will tell everyone I know and will post it on Facebook Don’t go to the unprofessional inconsiderate manager at this bank!! I wish we could give negative stars!

Customer service is horrible. Been sitting here for over a half hour waiting to speak to someone. Only 1 advisor available Chit chatting about nonsense while people are waiting. Disgraceful.

Employees are very good at completing my transactions in a few minutes. They are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for kind and considerate help in these times of covid 19 and please stay safe.

I’m sitting here significantly after closing and the branch manager is sitting with my wife and I as we open accounts. The personal touch is INCREDIBLE.

The whole staff in the past week has been more then helpful. Special thanks to Kerri and Melissa on prompt efficient service and results.
